Right now it's listed as a free content pack (Lost Explorers' Swords Pack), so it's not a full game. However, it is for a yet-to-be-released game—The Mountain: Omen of Cthulhu. With the game releasing on July 15th, it looks like fans can expect this campaign content to go live via Steam's FTK campaign on that date.
