The Halo campaign was developeds final mission, The Maw, has the last three skulls you'll want to collect: Stowage Reload, Boom, and Thunderstorm. Along with the arrival terminal, it will be quite the finale, especially when the last skull must be collected as the clock ticks down to Master Chief's doom! You'll find all the collectibles in the order they appear (and the skull effects) below.
Terminal #1: Arrival point
The first collectible is the arrivals terminal. You will find this terminal under the goal of reaching Höstens bro. Follow the main objectives and you will be led into the mess hall/cafeteria on the ship. When you enter through the front door, go to the wall to the right where you will find the terminal.
Skull #1: Stowed Reloading Site
When you reach Autumn's bridge, there will be a cutscene that will play out. After the cutscene ends, your new objective will be to reach the cryo-storage facility. This is a linear objective, so follow the markers until you get to a room with four cryocapsules, where the deluge will fight the Sentinels. You can find the skull in the back left corner above the destroyed catwalk.

Skull #2: Boom Location
Continue through the mission until you are tasked with uncovering the four cores and destroying them with a grenade or rocket. When you enter the room, go right up the ramp and continue on the path upwards to reach floor 2, and continue to floor 3.
There is a platform in front of the two interactable terminals, so ignore the terminals and jump across the gap into the open room (it's the room to the right of the door marked “EXIT”). Now look down on the ledge you just jumped on, and you can find the skull in a gap, which you can drop down and crouch to reach.
Blast radius is increased by 2x with Boom Skull.
Skull #3: Thunderstorm
After you destroy the four cores, you will be tasked with escaping from the pillars of autumn. Follow the target to a room filled with warthogs and run one through the markers. You'll soon come to a ramp that leads you into underground tunnels. Look on the wall to the right for a door you can drive through.
Right after you run through this area, there will be another door on the right that you can enter. Leave the warthog, go to the middle of this room and look to the right to find the skull.
Thunderstorm Skull will upgrade the rank of most enemies.
