He worked under Tom, the famous ship dish and spent his spare time developing a series of warships equipped with different kinds of weapons. These vessels were all called “Battle Franny” with a number associated with when it was built, and together there were 35 iterations.

These vessels were only as large as lifeboats, but they had plenty of firepower to compensate for their size. Armed with cannons and towers, these vessels were originally built to hunt sea kids, but the only one who succeeded in that assignment was BF-35. None of these boats exist anymore, as they were destroyed by CP5 under their system to frame Tom and his crew.

A legacy that is reborn

Franky uses Cola to run his own body as well as various functions on the thousands of sunny, including motorized rods, Coup de Bursts and Sunnys Gaon Cannon. Not much is said about it in anime or manga, but it is a relatively safe energy source that is powerful enough to get a whole ship to fly.

Like the other straw hats, Frany has a dream that motivated him to join Lffy's crew. He wanted to build a ship that could bypass the whole world, which is what he hopes to achieve with the thousand sunny. Sunny is made of the extremely sustainable Adam wood and is Franke's biggest performance as a shipbuilding, and it is one of the most advanced vessels in the series.

The sunny runs on a cola engine and can fire a laser cannon and fly with a coup they burst. Although he had little experience in surgery and body modification, Frany was able to save himself from the edge of death by using saved ship parts to reconstruct his body.
