Despite some technical problems, Dragon's Dogma 2 reported over 228,000 concurrent players at launch on Steam, likely inspiring Capcom to give PC players more attention.



Notably, Capcom announced its best-ever fiscal year ending March 2024, with Dragon's Dogma 2 and Street Fighter 6 largely driving the company's success during this period. It is unclear whether console sales will recover in the future, although the launch of the PlayStation 5 Pro and Nintendo's next gaming hardware could affect future results.
