Call of Duty publisher Activision has pulled back the curtain on the big Season 3 Reloaded update for Black Ops 7 and War zonewhich will be released for PlayStation, Xbox and PC on Thursday, April 30. The major content update will work as Call of Dutys mid-season update, bringing new maps and modes Black Ops 7's Multiplayer, a new round based map for Zombies fans, some fresh limited time modes for War zone enthusiasts and much more.
Late last month, developers Treyarch Studios and Raven Software Call of Duty fans more content to check out with the launch of season 3 for Black Ops 7 and War zone. The update added five new multiplayer maps to the shooter, two of which were remasters from previous installments. When it comes to War zone fans, Raven Software finally added a much-requested feature to the game: large map rotation. Following the success of Black Ops Royale earlier this year, Raven brought the mode's map to standard Battle Royale, now allowing players to play both Avalon and Verdansk on a rotating schedule.

Call of Duty reveals Season 3 reloaded content for Black Ops 7 and Warzone
Now that we're halfway through Season 3, Activision has finally pulled back the curtain on the mid-season update, which has now been confirmed for release on Thursday, April 30. For multiplayer fans, more remastered classics are on the way, because Black Ops 7s season 3 reloaded update will see the return of Summit and Hacienda. Additionally, a brand new 6v6/2v2 map known as Onsen will also be added to the game. If that wasn't enough, a new Freerun mode will let players put their movement skills to the test. Compete against other operators through 10 different zones of skill and marksmanship to see who can get the best time and earn rewards for completing objectives.
The April 30th update will also see the arrival of a new Zombies map for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7known as Totenreich. This turn-based map takes place in an old Norwegian fishing village, first founded in the Bronze Age and now trapped in the dark ether. But that's not all Zombies fans have to look forward to, as Season 3 Reloaded also adds new enemies and another Wonder Weapon. Necropincer, the spirit of a doomed undead Viking warrior, will wreak havoc on the Totenreich, wielding a trident, piercing and stabbing opponents who venture too close, while hurling the weapon at distant foes.
Players will also be able to get their hands on a new Wonder Weapon in Season 3 Reloaded: Jotunn Star. Treyarch describes the weapon as an ancient lantern that hurls deadly fireballs and strikes down enemies with a barbed iron chain. The Jotunn Star can be used to deal heavy damage to enemies, with up to five attacks in a row, which will also release an area of spectral energy upon impact.
Lantern swing: A skilled craftsman can swing the weapon in front of him and use the blunt instrument to release undead.
Flame charge: Jotunn Star drains the essence of creatures it eliminates and stores the energy in the weapon. This energy can be stored to provide heat and to enable Flame Tendril and Flame Strike attacks.
Flame Tendril: When two or more fully charged lanterns are used, a fiery cord connects them and slowly drains the life of anything in its path
Flame Strike: When sufficiently charged, the stored energy in the Jotunn Star can be released as a concentrated, explosive fireball, which damages and ignites.
