Right from the start Arc Raidersquests have been one of the main sources of progression as they are given to you by various NPCs, and they can provide many rewards that are difficult to obtain in a normal raid. Therefore, when a new update is released, it's always a good idea to get these quests knocked out.
Shoring Up Defenses is one of the early quests for the Riven Tides update, and as you'd expect, they take you to the respective map. Although one half of this quest is easy, the other half can be complicated because the places you have to visit for them are not easy to find.
Where to find the Raider structure on the crane
Part of this mission requires you to find a Raider structure on top of a crane and reinforce it. You can do this by going to the Stacking Yard area of the map, which can be seen as a yellow zone in the upper middle section. When you get to this area, you will see several red cranes go up.
Climb any of them using the stairs until you can get all the way up, where you will be able to see a path that you can take between these cranes. This path will be created with some metal boards and ziplines.
As you walk around the top of the cranes, you will notice some structures standing on very thin wires. These are the raider structures you are looking for. When you get close to any of the poles of this structure, you get the option to use your Arc Alloy and repair them.

Where to find shutter windows
For the second location that you must visit in this mission, you will be looking at the Hotel Panorama Azzurro on the left side of the map. This is one red area so you will probably find some other playersand it is important to be careful. When you enter the hotel, use the zipline or stairs to go up one floor, then run straight onto the path to the right.
You will eventually see room number 111 on the right hand side. Enter this room to find an open and a shutter. Get close to it later and you'll get the quest prompt. You can find shutters in other rooms as well, but this is the easiest to get to.
How to destroy wasps and fireflies
In addition to visiting the two locations above, this quest also requires you to destroy a bunch of wasps and fireflies. Thankfully, these enemies are fairly common and you can easily see them roaming in the air. If you're not sure of the identity of the enemy you're looking at, you can ping them to reveal their name.
If you don't see any wasps around, you can spawn them too attacks a Snitch and lets it call for reinforcements. Unfortunately, if you're low on fireflies, you'll just have to roam the map until some of them spawn.
