LONDON: Britain's new government must drop the country's legal challenge to the International Criminal Court's request for arrest warrants against Israeli leaders, Human Rights Watch has said. Rishi Sunak, the former British prime minister, had challenged the court's issuance of orders against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant earlier this year. Karim Khan, the ICC's top prosecutor, said there is a credible case that the two leaders could bear responsibility for crimes against humanity, The Guardian reported on Friday.
