The Third Kazekage's Iron Sand Manipulation
The Third Kazekage is said to be the strongest Kazekage, and it is mainly due to his use of Iron Sand. With merit when he created the technique by studying Shukaku's powers.
By manipulating magnetic fields, the Kazekage can shape this sand into any shape. He can form giant blocks used to crush his enemies as well as small particles to clog the joints of puppets. After Sasori turned the Third Kazekage into one of his puppets, he spiked the late Kage's iron sand with poison. Akatsuki then used it to form randomly branching spikes. Even a bait from this spike is enough to kill the target.

Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato's Flying Raijin
No matter how powerful one's jutsu is, it becomes useless if the user is taken out even before it is cast. Flying Raijin is the perfect jutsu for this. Developed by the Second Hokage, Senju Tobirama, the Flying Raijin is a space-time jutsu that allows its caster to instantly teleport to previously marked locations.
The Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, exemplified the horror of this jutsu. He earned his name Konoha's Lightning Flash during the Third Shinobi World War by eliminating entire squadrons before they even realized what hit them. Senju Tobirama's Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei
Tobirama is known for creating many powerful jutsu. Not only did he create the Flying Raijin, he is also the brilliant mind behind Edo Tensei. This technique allows the caster to bind the soul of a deceased shinobi into a living vessel. They are restored to their state in their final moments, meaning they can use every jutsu in their arsenal minus the drawbacks. More terrifyingly, the summoned corpse must do the caster's bidding.
Ironically, Tobirama along with the other Kage fell victim to this technique during the Fourth Great Ninja War, proving the strength of the jutsu. The reincarnated Kages terrorized the battlefields, killing many members of the Allied Shinobi Forces and forcing the current Kages to go all out.

The Second and Third Tsuchikage's Particle Style
Mu, the Second Tsuchikage, and Onoki, the Third Tsuchikage, are masters of a deadly technique known as the Particle Style. It's a Kekkei Tota that combines fire, earth, and wind releases. The result is a three-dimensional geometric shape, like a cylinder or a cube, between the palms. When fired, the form rapidly expands and anything caught in its white light is pulverized on a molecular level. It doesn't just burn or crush, it erases.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Onoki used this jutsu to wipe out twenty of Madara's Susanoo-wearing clones. When Mu terrorized the battlefield with the same technique, the Allied Shinobi Forces had to summon Onoki as his particle style was their only way to stop his predecessor's particle style.

Hashirama is undeniably one of the most powerful shinobi to ever live. Some might even argue that he is also the best Hokage. His power is primarily rooted in his mastery of Wood Release, and he has demonstrated this by defeating Madara and overpowering the Tailed Beasts.
