DYING LIGHT: The Beast Developer Techland has confirmed that problems with zombie will address the game's next hotfix update, which is “really close” to release, according to the studio. DYING LIGHT: The Beast Has received positive reviews from players and critics after the launch earlier this month, but the title has had its fair share of questions, including some overpowering zombies that address players too often.
After being delayed from its original release date August 22, DYING LIGHT: The Beast Finally, Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on September 18. While the second part of the series received mixed reviews from players, DYING LIGHT: The Beast has ensured a much more favorable reception from both critics and players. Fans have praised the improvements of parkour, the fantastic new map and the game's brutal new Beast Mode mechanics. Reviews have been so positive that DYING LIGHT: The Beast Has become the highest ranked main line in the series, according to metacritical points.
DYING LIGHT: The Beast Update will tone and grab zombies
Despite Rave Reviews, Techland's latest edition is not perfect, which is why the studio has already distributed many hotfix updates for DYING LIGHT: The Beast during the first week of the release. Improvements have been made to deal with performance problems, fix the broken day/night cycle and an error that caused rain to appear indoors. Although Techland says it has already adjusted the frequency where a zombie grabs a player, the studio has now revealed that further changes are on the way. In a new development update, Techland says that it “prepares a set of changes that allows bitter to remain aggressive, but make sure that the meeting with them will be fair.”
Techland explains that the next update for DYING LIGHT: The Beast Will make many changes in how zombies grab players. The first adjustment players will notice is that injuries will now occur slightly later when you get hold of, which enables more opportunities to escape without being damaged. When players engage in a fight, the first one warned the zombie will also be less likely to start with a grip. Finally, Techland says that zombies who want to take a player at a distance “will now make it a little more obvious.”
Unfortunately, there is no word about when this update can be released, but Techland says it is “really close” to be released and aims to launch it early next week. If everything is going well, hopefully fans can see that the note will be available in the coming days. The studio also works with many other improvements and corrections for the title of the next update, including continued adjustments to reduce tribal and image cases. DYING LIGHT: The Beast Players at PC will also be happy to know that improvements in frame generation for graphically demanding scenes are also on the way. Full Patch notes for the update will be split when it goes live.
