Summary
-
Tekken 8 fans are again disappointed, this time by the disclosure of the game's next character supplement, Fahkumram.
-
Most of the complaints are about “recycled” content, as Fahkumram is yet an addition to Tekken 8 which was also Tekken 7 DLC.
-
Fahkumram's Playstyle also fans were concerned that Bandai Namco does not make complaints about aggression seriously, while saying that they “have never had less faith” in the developers.
Tekken 8 has suffered a slow case from Grace since the beginning of Season 2, which made an already aggressive fighting game even more aggressive, despite most fans who do not like the direction in which the game is on the way. Harada has promised to help deal with problems, and the game's next update was a chance for Devs to start correcting some errors.
Unfortunately, Bandai Namco has somehow managed to disappoint the fans even more than they already are, and it is mainly down to the disclosure of Fahkumram, the next character is added to the Tekken 8 program list this summer. Normally, when a new fighting game is announced, there is a sense of excitement, but the reaction that Fahkumram released from the sky produced nothing but moan from the fans.
Tekken 8 fans are now upset over Fahkumram's Season 2 DLC Supplement
A Reddit user named Corken_Dono even managed to put together a compilation of reactions from different streamers, and they all share the same disappointment. Most of the anger seems to come from the fact that Fahkumram is another Tekken 7 DLC character added as DLC for Tekken 8, and people point out that Clive is the only character that was not playable in Tekken 7 that has been added as DLC.

Tekken 8's season 2 is here, and it's scary
Tekken 8 was reviewed shortly after the launch of season 2. What happens, and why do players think Tekken is dead?
Fahkumram was also known as a very aggressive character in Tekken 7, which has convinced many that Bandai Namco does not do much to deal with all the latest complaints like Tekken 8 is too focused on aggression. You also have complaints about devs that probably “recycle” old content, and it all has just stacked more disappointment on top of a game that is not doing well at the moment.
You have fans as Reddit users Butterlord108 and claim that “The Negative Review Stays”, which is a reference to the game's brutal review Bombing since Season 2 began, while another called Claibur1980 says they “have never had less faith in the developers of this game”. Not good when relying on new character supplement to drum up hype, so here hope that these upcoming balance changes will do something to prevent Tekken 8 from becoming a lost thing.
