Even if Persona 6 doesn't have an official release date, Atlus' upcoming JRPG has received a content rating from a major country well in advance of the game's launch. The grade was released shortly after Persona 6 was finally revealed to the public after weeks of rumors and leaks about the project.

Persona 6 has received a mature rating from Australia's ratings board

While rumors of Persona 6s release window has indicated a potential launch in 2027, the game already has its first official rating. Australian Classification Board gave Persona 6 an unrestricted rating of “M” for mature audiences. Although the listing has since been taken offline as of this writing, the Gaming Leaks and Rumors subreddit said so Persona 6 was rated by ACB for coarse language, violence and nudity. It's worth noting that ACB's Mature rating is not the same as that used by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) in North America. Rather, an unrestricted ACB rating of M would roughly equate to an ESRB rating of T for Teen. However, since the ACB list was made unavailable, it is currently unclear whether Persona 6s M rating will be altered in some way.
