During episode 84 of Letters from the Producer Live, Final Fantasy 14 Producer and director Naoki Yoshida said that the long-awaited content update 7.1 will launch on Tuesday, November 12. Final Fantasy 14 content patch will continue the main story of Dawnrail and bring different levels of raid challenges for players to take on.

Square Enix's popular MMORPG Final Fantasy 14 is teaming up with vaultroom for a new apparel collaboration, and sales will begin very soon.
On the morning of November 1st, Square Enix followed up on what was discussed during the Tokyo Game Show. To kick off the 84th Live Letter broadcast, Square Enix released Final Fantasy 14 Patch 7.1 launch trailer. The company confirmed that the 7.1 update would go live on Tuesday, November 12. The trailer started with the song “Vana'diel March” from Final Fantasy 11 and showed various parts of the first Echoes of Vana'diel raid. Some Final Fantasy 11 characters, including Prishe and the Shadow Lord, appeared throughout the trailer. Excerpt from Dawnrail the main story and the Futures Rewritten (Ultimate) raid were also showcased. Alongside the Patch 7.1 release date, Square Enix also listed the release dates for the rest of the Patch 7.1 series. Patch 7.11 and the new Ultimate raid will arrive two weeks later, on November 26th. Patch 7.15 arrives on December 17th, with the Chaotic Alliance Raid against the Cloud of Darkness arriving a week later, on Christmas Eve.
