You will not be able to remove Floradinn immediately after encountering it. First continue through the garden until you reach locked gate with two Floradinn enemies nearby.
Defeat one of the enemies as usual. When you try to fight the other Floradinn, Flowery will step in and help the party, allowing you to continue forward. After the battle, enter through the newly opened door.
Inside the next room you will find one watering can sitting alone. Kris automatically picks it up and wears it on his head. This item becomes a key tool throughout the Flower Kingdom. It lets you grow grass, flowers and temporary roads on marked ground patches.
How to move Floradinn out of the way in Deltarune Chapter 5
Once you have the watering can, return to the area where Floradinn is blocking the route ahead. At first you probably just want to fight it, but this enemy cannot be removed by combat.
