You can play the game at your own pace as you help the NPCs in the town, master various professions and gradually build up your dream farm. Throughout your journey you will craft many items and sell them in shops to make a profit that will help you grow your Farm.

How to find copper ore on Luma Island

Copper ore can be found by mining copper ore nodes that occur around the world Luma Island. When you start the game, you'll find two Copper Ore nodes right next to your trailer near the entrance to the Abandoned Farm Cave. As you explore the Farm area, you may also find a few more copper ore nodes if you're lucky. However, since these nodes do not respawn once mined, you will have a hard time finding other sources of copper for your crafting recipes.

Copper ore can be turned into copper ingot in the ore smelter, which is essential for building structures such as the Fisherman's Galley in

The fastest and easiest way to get copper ore is to enter the abandoned farm cave using the ladder near your farm. The Cave has lots of copper ore nodes that you can mine with your copper pickaxe.

But what makes things tricky is that, apart from the original area, the rest of the cave is completely dark. If you stay in the dark for too long, you will die and have to restart from the cave entrance. Thankfully, you don't lose any of your items, but you still can't mine any copper ore. You need to make some Farm Torches to navigate the Abandoned Farm Cave without dying. For that, you need to buy the Simple Workbench Blueprint from Blathazar's Drawing Shop on the outskirts of town.

The simple workbench requires 3x Farm Wood and 5x Twigs to build.

Warm Offering Crystals are mystical items that you can find scattered around Luma Island. Here you can find them all and how to use them.

Once you've built a simple workbench, you can craft Farm Torches from it. You can get 2 torches from 1x Farm Wood and 1x Farm Resin, both of which are fairly readily available around the farm. Stock up on at least 10 Farm Torches and head into the Abandoned Farm Cave. Place the torches on the ground as you walk through the cave, and you'll come across lots of copper ore nodes that you can mine to stock up on copper ore.

You can also mine charcoal, bronze or other minerals in this cave.

But remember to keep track of your surroundings when you're mining. If you stay too long inside the cave, spiders will spawn that will attack you when you are seen. They can be killed with the whip. However, since you're unlikely to get your tools upgraded, they can be quite difficult to take down in the early hours of Luma Island.
