Broly has changed a lot since his original non-canon debut in Dragon Ball Z movies, but there is one thing that has always remained the same about the legendary Super Saiyan: his immense power level. Regardless of continuity or timeline, Broly is forever destined to be one of Dragon Balls strongest and most overpowered characters. No other Saiyan has as much raw potential or natural talent as Broly.
Regardless of the timeline, Broly has the rare ability to grow stronger the longer he fights, giving him nearly unlimited power that can quickly rival the gods if left unchecked. Between Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Superand various spin-offs, Broly is a threat on multiple levels whenever he appears in a timeline. Only the strongest beings in existence have the power to take down the legendary Super Saiyan Broly once and for all.

Bio-Broly is a failed clone of the legendary Super Saiyan
Dragon Ball Z: Bio Broly
Bio-Broly is a failed clone of Broly who serves as the main villain Dragon Ball Z: Bio Broly. Bio-Broly is everything Broly's haters claim he is: he's a mindless monster whose only purpose is to fight, and unlike Broly's appearance in his first two films, Bio-Broly has a terrible design. Bio-Broly is described as stronger than Broly i Second arrival in the movie, but when it comes to exploits, that's clearly not the case.
Broly's main competition i Bio-Broly are Goten, Trunks, Android 18 and Krillin – hardly the strongest fighters in the Majin Buu Saga. Not only that, Goten and Trunks are no stronger than they were during Second arrivaland they have a much easier time fighting Bio-Broly than regular Broly. By any objective measure, Bio-Broly is the weakest version of Broly in the multiverse. He's barely even a Broly covered in all that crap.

Toei Broly is stronger than he has any right to be
Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan & Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Second Coming
Toei Broly is the original version of Broly that appears in Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan and Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Second Coming. In the timeline Toei Broly comes from, the Z-Fighters battled him in the lead-up to the Cell Games, but came extremely close to losing due to the full power of Legendary Super Saiyan Broly. DBZ Broly truly has unlimited potential and requires the five strongest Z-fighters just to slow him down.
The main thing holding Toei's version of Broly back is the fact that he never gets past the power scaling of the Majin Buu saga. Broly in Second arrival is more than likely on Fat Buu's level, but the fact that Gohan, Goten, and Trunks could keep up with him doesn't bode too well for his power ceiling. If Broly made another (non-Bio) appearance at the end of Dragon Ball Zhe would undoubtedly be stronger than any villain. As it is, DBZ Broly is weaker than Super Buu.

Victory Mission Broly is a GT level threat
Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission
Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission was a spin-off manga Toyotarou worked on before moving over to Dragon Ball Super manga. Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission is an adaptation of Dragon Ball Heroes video game. Interestingly, there is evidence to suggest so Victory mission is actually a stealth sequel to Dragon Ball GTlargely due to how heavily Shadow Dragons and GT factor into the story.
This means it Victory missions version of Broly is technically GT's Broly. Victory mission Broly is extremely powerful. Not only can he use both Super Saiyan 3 and Super Saiyan 4, VM Broly can transform into a legendary great ape. Power wise, VM Broly is strong enough to kill most of the Shadow Dragons by himself, scaling him to about the same level – if not stronger – than Dragon Ball GTs most powerful characters.

God Broly is the only version of Broly With God Ki
Dragon Ball Z: The Real 4-D at Super Tenkaichi Budokai
God Broly is a mystical version of Broly that resembles his Dragon Ball Z equivalent, but exists within some variant of Dragon Ball Super the timeline. The main villain of Dragon Ball Z: The Real 4-D at Super Tenkaichi Budokaia turn at Universal Studios Japan, God Broly somehow unlocks God Ki and debuts his new Legendary God form at the Super Tenkaichi Budokai, which Goku and Vegeta are currently participating in.
God Broly is the only Broly variant with access to God Ki, making him extremely dangerous and powerful. God Broly is an offshoot of Super Saiyan God, but has more than enough strength to overpower Super Saiyan Blue. The only way Goku can beat God Broly is by performing God Fusion with the attraction's crowd, breaking the fourth wall to destroy God Broly as Super Saiyan Blue God Fusion Goku.

Canon Broly is a powerhouse whose potential surpasses Gogeta
Dragon Ball Super Manga & Dragon Ball Super Movies
Canon Broly is the version of Broly that debuted in Dragon Ball Super: Brolybefore they later reappeared in Dragon Ball Super manga and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in a supporting role. Broly is currently lined up as one of the Dragon Ball Supers five seven main characters and has quickly established itself as one of the most powerful warriors in the multiverse. IN Dragon Ball Super: Brolyreveals to Goku that Broly has even more power than Beerus.
An article about the film in Saikyo Jump also confirmed that Broly had the potential to surpass Gogeta. If he had gained control of his senses and harnessed the True Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly would have won. Xeno Broly is one of the most powerful saiyans out there
Super Dragon Ball Heroes
The Xeno timeline is one of the most overpowered multiverses of all Dragon Ball. The Xeno Saiyans come from a universe where Goku and the rest of the Z-Fighters experienced a variation of Dragon Ball GTlike some DBZ movies, incl Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan. Xeno Broly is an absolute monster that can go toe to toe with the strongest beings in existence, including gods.
IN Super Dragon Ball HeroesXeno Broly actually manages to unlock Super Saiyan 4, giving him more than enough power to fight Xeno Gogeta, himself one of the strongest versions of Gogeta in Dragon Ball. Even without God Ki, Xeno Broly's Power Level far exceeds that of his canon counterpart. If Xeno Broly manages to learn God Ki, he would basically become invincible.

Dark Broly is a monster enhanced by Dragon Balls
Super Dragon Ball Heroes
Through a combination of his body fusing with the Seven Star Dark Dragon Ball, and being taken over by a Time Breaker mask, Xeno Broly becomes Dark Broly – perhaps the greatest threat to the multiverse. Dark Broly is pure evil and will attack anyone in his path. The buff that Dark Broly receives from the seven-star Dark Dragon Ball makes him significantly stronger than his Xeno counterpart.
IN Super Dragon Ball HeroesDark King Mechikabura Saga, Dark Broly destroys Xeno King Vegeta (one of the strongest saiyans in the Xeno timeline), and almost defeats Xeno Bardock, who is even stronger. The only reason Dark Broly loses is because Xeno Bardock uses the Key Sword to stop him – a divine weapon. In a fair fight Dark Broly would have won. Powered by evil dragon energy, Dark Broly is easily the most powerful Brolly of all time.
