Suda51 and Shinji Mikami are back with the remaster of their violent and fun 2011 game, Shadows of the Damned.
Of course, you still have to kill the boss first. The first one you'll meet is named George (yes, just George). You'll meet him in Act 2's Cannibal Carnival chapter, where he lures you into a trap by masquerading as Paula before carrying out his ambush. Thankfully, putting this demon down isn't too much trouble, and you'll soon be able to resume your search for your girlfriend.

The gimmick in your first battle with George is simple; he will chase you around the environmentwho does serious damage to Garcia if he can get hold of him. He's coming slash at you with their kniveswhich you can avoid by rollingbut firing back at him won't do any damage.
When you run away from George, you might stop hearing his footsteps. That means he's about to do it unleash his surprise attackjump out around the corner or destroy a nearby building. Be ready to dodge!
Thankfully there is plenty of light barrels scattered around the area. Lead him near a barrel and then blast it with a bullet.
Catching George in the explosion is coming causing his mask to fall off and expose his vulnerable face. When this happens, you have a few seconds unload so much lead in his head as you can. You know you're hurting him when the notes are played. After that, he puts the mask back on, and you have to do it find another barrel to attract him.
Your showdown with George takes place in a hellish street market. There are many tables and shops placed very close to each other, creating tight corridors, so navigating the environment will be just as important like actually fighting the boss. Make sure that be aware of your surroundings so you can run away if he gets too close to you.

After you repeat this process a few times, George will start steal a goat's head from the wall, cast the environment into darkness. At this point he will hide, and the only way you can get him to respawn is through find the goat head and illuminate the area with your shot of light. Move quickly, or else your health will begin to drain.
When darkness takes over, try scan your environment for a red building. The goat will be attached to it, and it will give you an idea of which way you need to go to move forward.
After using your light shot, George comes outand it's back to shooting barrels. He will try to steal the goat again, but you just need to stay calm, collect hearts to protect yourself and light up the area again. After a few more explosions and headshots, you'll be treated to a cutscene and your reward.
Killing George will give you a blue gem and a brand new weapon, the Teether. It handles like a submachine gun, firing bullets at a huge clip, and it will tear through most basic enemies.
