The main way to spend character pixels is by entering Anomaly zones over Hethereau City. Open the map search and check the map index under Anomaly Zones to find the locations.
One of the easiest ways to quickly access them is through the Daily Quest menu. If you have a task that says “Consume Character Pixels”, select Go and it will automatically guide you to the correct location.
After arriving at an anomaly zone, enter the area and choose a challenge. Each challenge shows its Pixel cost, enemy weaknesses and possible rewards before you start. Clear the battle stage to claim your material.

How Character Pixel Recovery works
Character pixels automatically regenerates over time. A Pixel resets every six minutes. A full recovery of 240 character pixels takes a total of about 24 hours. Since regeneration is quite slow, logging in multiple times a day helps prevent wasted regeneration.
You can also restore character pixels using De-noise Solution objects. Each restores 60 pixels instantly, although you cannot exceed the maximum limit.
Another option is to spend Annulith for recovery, but this is usually not recommended unless you are rushing development or producing limited time content. You can only refresh Pixels with Annulith six times a day.
