Taking on the role of Arjun in this sci-fi roguelite, it's up to you to help search for answers on the planet Carcosa, and of course everything there wants to kill you. How long does it take to beat?
As is the nature of roguelites, you are expected to die in Saros. Very. In fact, the game expects this from you so much that death is actually a way to advance the game. After each death, you will be able to make significant upgrades to various game mechanics that will help you progress more efficiently, meaning that fewer deaths do not necessarily equal a shorter completion time.
My playthrough, which included an embarrassingly high number of deaths, wrapped at just over 30 hours. That said, this time also included a moderate level of exploration during which I intentionally sought out collectibles, but didn't scan every inch for them. So, if you focus entirely on the story, I'd expect your time to be closer to 25 hours.
In addition to exploration, another The most important factor affecting your time is how well you adapt to Saros's controls. If you've played Returnal, you'll probably have a slight advantage here, as there are a lot of similarities in the gameplay mechanics themselves, but overall it's still something that can take some getting used to.
Saros doesn't offer a traditional difficulty level option, though you gain access to modifiers that can make things easier or harder for you, depending on your preference. So whether you take advantage of these or use them to create a more challenging experience, these modifiers will affect your overall completion time accordingly.

How long does it take to 100 percent?
There are 45 trophies to unlock when playing Sarosincluding the platinum trophy to unlock all other trophies. As is the case with most games, these include a collection of trophies that are earned automatically through story progression and some that you have to go all out to complete.
Ignoring the story-related ones, the remaining trophies, one of which is a reference to Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, mainly revolve around defeating a certain number of enemies in a specific way, completing challenges, or using some of the game's optional mechanics.
When it comes to collectibles, there are some achievements linked specifically to Halcyon, but not the other collectibles. But you might still want to collect all the audio and text logs anyway for a more authentic 100% completion of the game. Overall, if you do everything listed above, you should expect to spend approximately 45-50 hours in the game.
