With Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol rumored to be sent after Dragon Ball Super: Beerus concludes the remake of the Universe 6 Tournament arc, the Dragon Ball Anime will finally start adapting the best plot of the manga: Moro Saga. Moro is one of the best written and most powerful villains in the world Dragon Ball franchise. An evil wizard who grows stronger by consuming Ki and absorbing his enemies, Moro feels like a perfect amalgamation of Demon King Piccolo, Androids, Cell and Majin Buu. Moro is already strong in his base form, but he becomes even more deadly once he becomes a God.
The Dragon Ball franchise is no stranger to evil gods, but Moro is the most powerful deity that Goku has fought since Beerus. At the height of his divine power, Moro uses Ultra Instinct to give Goku the biggest and most challenging fight in Dragon Ball Super. Moro also sets a terrifying precedent for the series' effects scaling, Dragon Ball Super 2 setting the stage for villains far stronger than anything Goku and Vegeta faced DBS1 – even the gods of destruction.

Dragon Ball: 7 Strongest Versions of Vegito in the Multiverse, Ranked
Games, Super Dragon Ball Heroes, and official What If scenarios feature the strongest versions of Vegito in existence – some even stronger than Gogeta.
Moro is the first Dragon Ball villain to become a god
Moro is not the first Dragon Ball villain who is also a God, but he is the first antagonist in the series to start as a mortal and then attain godhood later in the arc. Zamasu was already a God at the beginning of the Goku Black Saga due to being a Supreme Kai, but Moro is just an ordinary (albeit extraordinarily powerful) wizard at the beginning of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. However, after consuming Seven-Three, Moro gains the ability to absorb his opponent's abilities.
During his final battle with Goku, Moro absorbs the angel Meru's powers and becomes a God after Goku foolishly gives Moro a Senzu prayer. Absorbing an angel's abilities gives Moro access to both God Ki and Ultra Instinct. Moro also gains a massive power boost that makes him rival Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku, who previously destroyed him. Besides Zamasu, Moro remains the only evil god in Dragon Ball Superbut he absolutely overshadows Supreme Kai in terms of power level.

Dragon Ball: Goku & Vegeta's best designs are finally coming back this fall
Dragon Ball Super is finally bringing back the best versions of Goku and Vegeta, as the anime will officially remake Resurrection F this fall.
Ultra Instinct Moro is a threat on several levels
Ultra Instinct Moro is one of the most dangerous characters in the whole Dragon Ball franchise, and comes extremely close to killing Goku and the rest of Planet Earth near the end of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga. Goku has already noted that Moro was the most powerful enemy he ever fought before he got Ultra Instinct, meaning that Moro Seven-Three is stronger than Broly, Jiren, and the version of Beerus that Goku fought Battle of Gods. After unlocking Ultra Instinct and God Ki, Moro can match Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku's power and speed.
Goku is even shocked that Ultra Instinct Moro can keep up with his, as they begin flying around the Earth at an incredibly fast pace during their final battle. Moro's body can't handle Angel Ki, so he slowly begins to destroy himself from the inside out, but this actually makes Moro even more dangerous. Moro quickly melts himself into the earth, sucking energy from every living thing and turning himself into a living bomb. Had he detonated, it's possible that Planet Moro could have taken out the entire universe with him. Even worse, if Moro somehow survived or adapted to his Angel Ki, he could continue to consume enough energy to surpass every single being in the multiverse.

Goku VS Moro has the potential to be the biggest fight in Dragon Ball history
Goku VS Moro is the biggest battle between gods since then Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods. Toyotarou's panel and fight choreography in the manga is nothing short of brilliant, giving Toei a great foundation to work from once Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol enters its playoffs. Every phase of Goku and Moro's fight is amazing, with Goku finally mastering Perfected Ultra Instinct and using it to destroy Moro Seven-Three.
The battle only gets better when Moro unlocks his own version of Ultra Instinct, allowing him to keep up with Goku in a fight that no one but Whis can truly perceive. Even as Moro loses control of himself, the stakes only get higher, forcing Vegeta to use Forced Spirit Fission to help Goku, as Goku desperately tries to land one final blow on Planet Moro. Ultra Instinct's debut in the Tournament of Power was one of the most hyped moments in anime history, but Dragon Ball Super 2 will exceed all expectations as Goku finally breaks his limits and fights a villain that even most gods could not defeat.
