Diablo 4: All Boss Loot Tables

Exchange is at the heart of Diablo 4, and unique items serve as the ultimate quest for players looking to max out their characters. The hunt for Uniques has gone through some changes since the game's launch, and in this regard, there is no greater addition to the game than the ability to target the coveted pieces of build-defining gear.

Added Torment-tier bosses Diablo 4 in Season of Blood, and they offer players an exciting challenge along with a chance to acquire unique weapons and armor. Loot drops vary per boss though, so here's a quick cheat sheet on who drops what.

Updated October 22, 2024 by Marc Santos: The introduction of the Spiritborn class in Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred also added a list of brand new unique items for that class. While the expansion and Season of Hatred Rising didn't add any new ladder bosses to the game, the loot tables for the ones we have now were updated to account for the Spiritborn's gear. As such, we've updated this article to also include all the new Spiritborn Uniques that drop from these bosses.

All ladder bosses can only be challenged on Torment difficulty.

Duriel, King of Maggots

Duriel becomes a farm boss once on Torment difficulty after beating Grigoire and Varshan, who drop the essential Shards of anxiety and slime-licking eggs items needed for the king of maggots. Get two of each of these and then go to Gaping Crevasse Level 100 dungeon in southern Kehjistan, southeast of Gea Kul.

Echo of Varshan

Varshan is an excellent source of some of Diablo 4's best unique items, like Bloodless Scream and Mad Wolf's Glee. Players can find him hiding in the Malignant Burrow dungeon next to the Tree of Whispers in Hawezar. To call Varshan, gather Malignant hearts from Whisper caches, Nightmare Dungeons, Elites, and Helltide bosses, and use them at the Putrid Altar inside the dungeon.

Grigoire, the galvanic saint

Grigoire is found in the hall of the penitent in the dry steppesdirectly south of Ked Bardu. He can be called off offers 12 Living Steela type of material obtainable from Tortured Offerings in Helltides, elite enemies, World Bosses, Whisper caches, Kurast Undercity, and the vendor in The Den.

The beast in the ice

The Beast in Ice is inside the Glacial Fissure dungeon south of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks. To fight the boss, players must have a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil, which is crafted with 250 Sigil Powder and 12 Distilled feara resource that can be dropped from any source that drops other stage boss materials (Helltide chests, Nightmare Dungeons, Whisper caches, etc).

Lord Zir

Lord Zir is on the dark roada dungeon at the northern tip of the Gale Valley region of the Fractured Peaks. It can be found northeast of Yelesna. To summon Zir, players must collect 12 vials of exquisite blood.

Malphas

As of Season of the Construct, Malphas does not have its own unique loot table. Instead, he has a chance to drop the following Unique Tuning Stones, which can be equipped on your Seneschal companion:

• Evernight – Using the supported skills gives +4 to all your other skills for 2.0 seconds.
• Genesis – Increases the effectiveness of the supported skill by 150%.

To summon and fight Echo of Malphas in Season 3, players must bring 7 Igneous Cores, 3-4 Pearls of Warding, and 250 Shattered Stones to the Vault of the Loom in the Gatehall. Enter the dungeon, spend your gems at the Zoltun Kulle statue, then give yourself the remaining materials to continue.

Malphas was an exclusive boss for Season 3, and as of Season 6, players can no longer fight him.

Echo of Andariel

Diablo 4 Season 4 introduced Andariel as one of the bosses players can fight on Torment difficulty. To reach her you must first get Sandburned shackles from Lord Zir and Pincushion dolls from The Beast In Ice. Her loot table is exactly the same as Duriel's.

Andariel basically acts as an alternative to Duriel. Her existence also increases the value of Lord Zir and the Beast In Ice as they drop the materials needed to summon her. Players who frequently fight these two bosses will eventually be able to challenge Andariel, giving them more chances to acquire powerful equipment.

Diablo 4 Infernal Horde Loot Table

The Infernal Horde was introduced in Diablo 4 Season 5 as a wave-based survival mode for endgame characters. The goal here is to complete all waves and beat the Fell Council without using up all available revives. Collect Burning Aether to open chests and earn tons of loot. Among the items you can get here are the following:

These items and aspects are not exclusive to the Infernal Horde, but they have a higher chance of dropping in this activity.

Mythical uniqueness

Formerly known as Uber Uniques, these items are as powerful as they are rare. Mythic Uniques have the lowest drop rates of any item in the game, but they also come with the best stats and effects in the game. These items can drop from any boss.
