BluePoint is looking for a third person battle designer with melee experience

If there is one thing that Bloodborne fans want more than, yes, a blood -borne remake, it is that the remake is handled by BluePoint games, the same team that managed to masterfully redo shadow of the colossus and demon's souls, where the latter is a Playstation 5 launch title.

Unfortunately, the fans' collective grounds have mainly gone on deaf ears, although there is so often a new rumor that helps to re -enter things. Speaking of rumors, here is another for you – BluePoint hires for a new title, and it would be good if that title was blood cage.

The job description certainly sounds much like blood cage

Over at BluePoint's career website, the developer is looking for a senior battle designer (contract), a seemingly everyday position in a gaming studio. But here things become interesting.

The job description, among the qualifications, states that the rent should be known in combat systems and mechanics for the 3rd person's Melee action experiences. Hmm, I wonder which game is third person, has action and a great focus on Melee Strid? There are many games, but we hope it has to do with Bloodborne.

That said, here is an interesting thought – what happens if that game is god of war? Okay, hear us about this.

The road back in January was announced that two live service games on Sony, one from BluePoint and another from Bend, had been canceled. Although it is still unclear what Bend did, BluePoint worked on a live service God of War title.

While the live service element is a bit confusing, BluePoint supported Ragnarok, which gave them a little introductory on God of War. Of course, such as Bloodborne, God of War also involves the Third Person's action and Melee Strid. Given how none of the first God of War titles have gone to modern consoles, maybe that's what is planned. Or maybe we just think about it, and it's blood -driven, or worse, neither.
