According to a new leak from Sifteal_Nick and Necrolipe, a Zelda The Switch 2 console is in the works. Originally, it was thought that this console might have a theme Ocarina of timeconsidering the upcoming remake, but it seems that Nintendo has chosen to theme it on the overall franchise's 40th anniversary instead. The details of the Switch 2 console itself and its appearance are currently unknown, but some information about a Zelda 40th Anniversary Pro Controller has been shared. Necrolipe states that the controller is largely black, with green tips and gold accents, and a Tri-Force emblem is placed between the – and + buttons. It's not clear if the console will include the controller, or if it will ship with the Switch 2 remake of Ocarina of time. However, if the leak is accurate, the console and controller will likely be revealed and released sometime this year, given the timing of the anniversary.
