Baldur's Gate 3 is really one of the games where anything can happen. With such a massive number of players and so many variables presented in the game, new discoveries and events will probably continue to happen many years to come, at least until Larian releases his next game.
Almost two years since it was launched, we still see regular new discoveries. In recent weeks, only players have found that hope can leave House of Hope, uses for stomach hand, which makes it actually worth and a horrible detail in Orin's crown.

“The bias in this game is ridiculous”: Baldur's Gate 3 players believe that a character favored by the development team
Bad shadowheart.
This latest situation is less of a discovery and more of an incredible, invisible piece of bad luck, with a player who meets something that has one of 64 million chance.
A player has just rolled three critical failures in a row with Minthara
Baldur's Gate 3 has its frustrating moments. Each player is likely to have come across Shadowheart who lacked a fire bolt that had a 90 percent chance of success, or had a critical failure at the worst possible time, but rolling three in a row is basically unknown – until now.
Originally split on Baldur's Gate 3 subreddit, after just recruiting Minthara to their lot, the user went on a rampage against a bunch of zombies. Given their advantage, they had 99.75 percent chance to land their main attack, but they rolled one, so they tried again and rolled one again. Without success from a regular main attack, they replaced things with a pommel strike, just to achieve their third critical failure in a row, which will only happen in about one of 64 million cases.
Players were quick to point out that the game's karmic dice may have affected things, but it is still an exceptionally unfortunate event.
Of course, the thread was developed into people who say: “She has a case of Shadowhearts,” with reference to the character's terrible accuracy, but after what I have just seen, I promise that I never moan about the character that fails to land a fire bolt ever again.
