Born during the Dawn of Quirks, this legendary power began as a fusion of an energy-storing Quirk and the ability to transfer power to someone else. Over time, One For All grew into the most impressive and dangerous strength enhancer in the entire series, capable of not only increasing the user's strength tenfold, but also causing significant collateral damage due to the oppressive power.
At 100% power, Deku's Quirk could demolish entire city blocks from a single blow, not taking into account the other six abilities hidden in Yoichi's legacy. The user of this almighty ability may specify up to two rules, which will happen no matter what. Cathleen would normally use one of her rules as a permanent way to increase her strength to unimaginable levels, just below All Might's power. Star and Stripe were a force not to be reckoned with, only defeated due to intrigue.

As the name would suggest, the Quirk used by the villain Kai Chisaki was a terrifying and powerful ability that allowed him to deconstruct and rebuild any object he could touch. The man used this skill to conduct in-depth research into the Quirk Factors that people were born with, trying to find a cure for this phenomenon, which he saw as a dangerous epidemic.

Sadly, when used by a villain like Muscular, a man obsessed with pain and death, the results are devastating. Muscle enhancement is a feature that gives the owner absolute control over the density, shape and layers of their muscle tissue.
Goto used this power to increase his power and resistance to terrifying levels, becoming an unstoppable tank capable of withstanding virtually any attack. During their first battle, Midoriya was forced to go way beyond his limits to even hurt the villain. At full power, Muscular could destroy entire buildings with a single blow, as well as withstand attacks that would prove fatal to any other character.

Mount Lady is arguably one of the most underrated characters in the world My Hero Academia has ever introduced, is not only among the strongest women in the series but also one of the most successful. While her combat experience and technique was severely lacking, at least by the end of the final war, she was still an incredibly outgunned fighter.
Her strength comes from her simple but effective Quirk, simply known as Gigantification. When you use this ability, Yu grows over 12 times her size, and her strength and density increase as well. Her greatest display of power was holding down the monster Gigantomachia, who was implanted with dozens of Quirks, single-handedly.

One of the most powerful was wielded by Nirengeki Shoda, and it was simply called Twin Impact. As the name suggests, this ability activates when the hero can make contact with an opponent.

This can result in devastating blows that the enemy has no way to defend against. Born during the Dawn of Quirks, this ability was the main tool in Zen Shigaraki's arsenal to conquer Japan's underground, ruling it for centuries from the shadows.
Through his history as the symbol of evil, the man was able to gain several strength-enhancing quirks, becoming as strong, if not slightly more powerful, than the users of One For All. All For One was a monstrous fighter whose overwhelming power was enough to defeat entire squadrons of heroes in seconds.
