Arc Raiders reveals a new project system, which will try to facilitate controversy and frustrations that are usually associated with progression pieces in extraction games. For many online games, there is some kind of progression drying or level recovery that puts all players back at the proverbial starting line. While Embark admits that this will probably not be a cure, the studio feels that a traditional mandatory progression drying in extraction shooters is not a good way to respect the players' time.
