Liberating hostile alien planets is not an easy job to do Helldivers 2. You not only have to rely on your friends in co-op, but also your ability to call upon powerful tricks that can (and will) leave the planet in ruins. Whether that requires calling in airstrikes to drop explosive payloads, controlling inter-orbital barrages, or deploying sentries, you'll need every list at your disposal to gain an upper hand as you battle the terminids and automatons.

However, your strategies must be upgraded to improve their effectiveness on higher difficulty missions. This can be done by upgrading your ship modules via the Ship Management terminal, located just before the Armory, where you change your titles in Helldivers 2. This is where you spend your hard-earned samples – lots of them!

You need total 3,830 common (green) specimens, 2,920 rare (orange) specimens, 305 very rare (pink) specimens, and 335,000 requisition tokens to unlock all ship modules Helldivers 2.

Depending on the list type, you need to fully upgrade two categories of ship modules i Helldivers 2 to get the greatest benefits. For example, the Engineering Bay and Robotics Workshop together upgrade your Sentries and Emplacements. The bridge and orbital cannons work together to upgrade your orbitals.

Which ship upgrades to get first in Helldivers 2?

Ship modules are divided into six categories, each with five levels of upgrades in it Helldivers 2. While you can choose any ship module category to upgrade first, their individual upgrade levels must be unlocked sequentially.

  • Robot workshop – Also mainly improves your sentry and emplacement strategies by increasing their ammo capacity, turret rotation speeds, and resistance to explosive damage.

It's probably a good idea to start upgrading the Hangar first. Eagle airstrikes and bombing runs are extremely helpful in Helldivers 2. If you prefer Orbital strikes and lasers instead, start with Orbital Cannons instead. But just choose one of themand upgrade the Patriotic Administration Center on the site.
