Weapon upgrades in Blasphemed 2 do much more than just increase a weapon's damage. As you continue to invest in a weapon, you'll also unlock new skills that can provide additional offensive options and, in some cases, serve as a better use of Glow during battle.
The new one Embrujo weapons introduced in The Third Sin DLC follow the same system, with 19 Brands from Embrujo hidden throughout the expansion's areas. The guide below covers every upgrade slot needed to fully enhance the weapon and unlock the Embrujo of the Flame trophy/achievement.
It is important to note that many of these collectibles require further progression through DLC. You must clear the Purple Mist and obtain the ring that unlocks the Red Crest Gates before any of the locations become available. Some location information below may also assume that you have unlocked specific shortcuts. If you don't have it, you can explore the surrounding areas from alternate routes to discover them first.

All Mark of Embrujo locations in Blasphemous 2

From the middle Prie Dieu in Stone fairiesenter the room on the left. Drop down and go left to find a clock above you in the middle of the room. Beat it and make your way back to the right side of the room through the passage below. You must now reach the upper left corner, where the first upgrade is located.
When you need to turn on the clock a second time, perform a downward attack and return to the grapple point you came from. Wait a second for the next set of grappling points to appear before continuing forward.

Go back to the same shrine and this time climb the ladder. In the next room you need to go through the upper left exit, so make your way around the room and use the grapple points to reach it. Climb down the ladder in the next room and go all the way to the left.
You find the upgrade, but it's locked behind a gate. Go down to the right and leave through the passage on the left. When you reach the room where an enemy drops down on you, go up and take the first path to the right to find a Red Crest Gate. Open it and continue through the room, using all your weapons to reach the other side. Once you've done that, you can pick up the second upgrade.

Back at the same shrine, climb the ladder and this time take the path to the right. In the next room, continue straight and then go down. When you reach the area with the two enemies that drop from above, go left past the grapple points to find Embrujo's Mark.

From the same Prie Dieu, climb down the ladder and go right. In the next room, leave through the passage on the left and make your way down to the area where the mini-boss version of Darbon is.
Ignore the enemy and climb down the ladder in the middle of the room. Go right, roll down and follow the grapple points to reach the upgrade. Remember not to climb down the next ladder. Instead, you simply go through the small gap in the column.

From the previous collector spot, go back up to the mini-boss area, go right and drop down to enter the room on the right. This is one of the statue rooms that you may have already completed. Continue right and climb the ladder to find the fifth upgrade.
Note that if this is your first time visiting this area, you must approach it from the east side of the Stone Entrails.

After picking up the previous collectible, continue right until you run into some enemies. On the first platform in this area, glide to the right to reach a small hidden space containing Embrujo's Mark.

From the sanctuary in Usurped hallsgo right until you reach the elevator room with the Red Crest Gate on the right. Open it and continue to the right.
When you reach the large open room with platforms hanging in the air, stand on them and do a double jump followed by a dash to the right to discover a grapple point that leads to the upgrade.

After collecting the previous upgrade, continue to the right and start making your way up through the area. Keep climbing until you reach a room where you can use grapple points to reach an upgrade located next to a switch.

From Prie Dieu in the middle of The geometry of knowledgego left and open the Red Crest Gate. Inside is an enemy encounter, and when it's done you can collect the Badge of Embrujo.

Go back to the shrine, climb the ladder and go right. Push the movable shelf that doubles as a ladder all the way to the left and leave through the upper left exit. In the next room, turn on the clock and make your way upstairs to find the upgrade.

From the previous collectible, go down and leave through the exit on the left. In the next room, do the same and continue to the left. Once you reach The vibration of the organsstart going down. Soon you will find a ladder leading to Embrujo's mark. There's also a switch next to it that lowers a shortcut ladder.

Go back to Prie Dieu, go left and go down the long vertical room. Enter the room on the right, push the movable shelf to the right and climb it. Afterwards, use the grapple points to reach the opposite side of the room where the upgrade is located.

From the previous collectible, exit through the lower left exit where the movable shelf was originally placed. Continue left until you come to a room where you can drop down to find a Red Crest Gate. Go through it and make your way through the room until you find a switch that opens the gates blocking this brand of Embrujo.

From the east shrine in The Vibrating of the Organs, go left. In the elevator room, drop down to the right to land on a platform containing the upgrade.

Go back up to where you dropped down and continue left towards the west side of the area. After passing through the room where only your character's silhouette is visible and where you have to fight two mini-bosses at the same time, you will come across Embrujo's badge.

From the western Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of the Organs, go left until you reach the large open room with several platforms connected by chains and grappling points. The upgrade can be found around the middle left part of the room.

From the middle shrine in this area, the same place where you get the ring that opens the Red Crest Gates, start heading right. In the next room, go all the way down. After climbing down the ladder, you'll find Embrujo's mark on the left.

After collecting the previous upgrade, climb back up and continue right. As you pass through the large open room, you'll come to another room filled with enemies. Here you will find a shortcut ladder and the upgrade on the far right.

From the previous collectible, exit through the upper right passage and continue right past the Red Crest Gate. Soon you will come to another large open room. You will find the last brand of Embrujo below you on the left side.
How to unlock Embrujo's second level upgrades in Blasphemous 2
The second set of upgrades on Embrujo's weapon side cannot be unlocked simply by collecting Marks of Embrujo. To access them, you must first find the last level upgrade.
From the western Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of the Organs, go right and immediately drop down into the next room. Leave through the passage to the right to reach a room containing two bells and several grappling points that allow you to cross to the other side.
Once you get across, enter the next room to find the second upgrade for Embrujo. Unlocking it gives access to several powerful upgrades that were previously unavailable.
