Most of these items are in the main quest, and we'll show you exactly how to get them to spawn and where to find them so you don't have to repeat the Easter egg twice. Audio Log #1 – Takeo's Decision

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After lighting all 11 lanterns with the Nekomancer, go to the War Room and interact with the dead ghost. There is now an audio log behind the ghost, shown above.
Audio Log #2 – Mitsuhime's Reverence

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After completing the Fox Mask puzzle and interacting with the glowing mask in the upstairs storage rooms, you can find this audio log just to the left of the masks.
Audio Log #3 – Takeshi's Dread

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After you get the coin bag, head to the Outer Ward, where the Rampage Inducer is, and watch the ghost sequence. The audio log falls before the Rampage Inducer.
Audio Log #4 – Takeo's Devotion

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
Once you find the Pestle and the Pufferfish via the ghost sequence in the kitchens, look across from the Mystery Box spawn to find the audio log in a basket.
Audio Log #5 – Takeshi's Perception

After rebuilding the Sake Cup in the Tea Garden, look to the left of the table where it was rebuilt after the cutscene, and you'll find this audio log.
Audio Log #6 – Mitsuhime's Trepidation

When you're on the clock step for the easter egg, look opposite the clock itself to find the audio log in the corner.
Audio Log #7 – Katanas Out

Tip: Progress through Side Quest.
Play as Takeo and use a Pysche Grenade in the War Room to start Takeo's Side Quest. After spawning on the World Seed, you can find the audio log to the right of the Pack-a-Punch.
Audio Log #8 – Two Brothers
In the Outer Ward play area, look under the bridge.
Audio Log #9 – Paydirt

Tip: Between a rock and a hard place.
Go to the flower garden and look behind the rock near the lava to the right of the phone exfile to find this audio log.
Audio Log #10 – Subversive Control
Tip: Training montage.
In the training area, enter the building facing east and look to the right corner.
Once the Pack-a-Punch is opened, you can head through the Onsen Baths, where you can then mantle over the roof as you face the large tree. In the right corner is a pizza, which can be interacted with for this audio log.
Audio Log #12 – How about the cat
When facing the Mule Kick in the Tenshu entrance, go left through the doors, and you'll find this audio log by a lantern on a table.

Document #1 – PssPssPss
Inside the kitchens, you'll find a keg just to the right of the Double Tap Root Beer. Interact with the barrels and the document will pop out.
Document #2 – Hair raising
After activating the Pack-a-Punch, turn around and look at the open wall where the Wall-Buy can be found. Enter the wall, and to your right is a shelf that you can melee to find this document.

Artifact #1 – Ninja Kite

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After activating the Pack-a-Punch, head to Tenshu Rooftops, where you can find a flagpole with a paper fish. Interact with it for 500 Essence, and you can use the Ninja Kite glider. When you land, you will receive the information.
Artifact #2 – Maneki-Neko

Artifact #3 – Necomancers

Complete the Nekomancer Wonder Weapon quest, which is a long quest for which you can find a dedicated guide here.
Artifact #4 – Kitsune Mask

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
Once you have activated all 11 lanterns with the Nekomancer as part of the easter egg and watched the ghost sequence, you can go to the roof and activate the Ninja Dragon. Hold right on the left stick and spam interact so you can grab the Fox Mask on the nearby roof while sliding.
Artifact #5 – Lantern Clock

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After you reveal the fourth painting in the main easter egg, you can find a clock under the stairs where the PhD Flopper is in the storage rooms. Simply interact with the watch to get the information.
Artifact #6 – Path of Sorrows

Tip: Progress through the Main Quest.
After you solve the murder mystery on your first try, you can fight Onryo by interacting with the orb that spawns in the Meditation Room, which then takes you to the World Seed to “purify”. After the fight, you'll teleport back to the Pack-a-Punch room. Immediately turn around to find the Path of Sorrows sword in the forest.
