Naruto Uzumaki was very nervous in Boruto. However, he was able to unlock new powers related to the Tailed Beast.
While still formidable, Naruto's power level without access to Baryon Mode, Kurama, and Six Paths Sage Mode has been greatly reduced. While Naruto remains a very formidable shinobi even when sealed, several of the strongest characters in the Boruto has surpassed him in power.

Sasuke Uchiha is one step ahead of Naruto
Like Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha is officially sidelined and out of commission in Two blue Vortexes. He now acts as a chakra source for Hidari, the Shinju clone after him. Even worse, Sasuke has also lost his Rinnegan to Borushiki, resulting in his weakened power level.
Despite Sasuke's unfortunate situation, it cannot be denied that he is still a fearsome shinobi who could rely on the eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and his signature ninjutsu. Unlike Naruto, who is supposedly limited to Sage Mode, Sasuke, in addition to his EMS, has a new power-up waiting for him through the Sword of Kusanagi, which Sumire upgraded per Boruto's instructions.

Code without restrictions puts Naruto in great danger
Code has always been on the hunt for Naruto Uzumaki i Boruto. In fact, he has been very vocal in his ultimate desire to kill the character to avenge Isshiki, whom he worships as his personal Otsutsuki god. Before the Jura and Shinju clones stole his thunder, Code in his no-limiter version was the strongest villain who could realistically eliminate Naruto at will in the shinobi world.
Code was already stronger than Jigen, which Naruto and Sasuke together couldn't defeat. With Amado removing his limiters, Code could have easily killed Naruto in his current vulnerable state if Kawaki hadn't sealed him away.

Kawaki Uzumaki controls Naruto's destiny
Kawaki Uzumaki holds Naruto Uzumaki's destiny Two blue Vortexes. He was the one who easily sealed Naruto and Hinata and sent them to another dimension where they are frozen in time like NPCs in a video game indefinitely. Their release is only possible through Kawaki's Kokugan, which he inherited from Isshiki Otsutsuki through karma.
Since Naruto's sealing, Kawaki has grown significantly stronger, thanks in large part to Amado Sanzu's modifications. His primary configuration prioritizes offense over defense, allowing him to overwhelm his enemies with quick, explosive attacks. The downside to this though is that Amado has control over Kawaki's settings in active battle.

Boruto Uzumaki has grown out of Naruto after the Timeskip
While Naruto remains sealed in Kawaki's pocket dimension, Boruto Uzumaki spent most of the time training with Sasuke Uchiha and Kashin Koji outside of Konoha. As a result, Boruto returned stronger than ever, with much greater command over his abilities, including the power of karma. He also gained incredible power-ups, from the Rasengan Uzuhiko and Sasuke's upgraded sword to his very own version of the Flying Thunder God Technique.
Above all else, Boruto has grown strong enough to rival an Otsutsuki, a milestone that even Naruto could not easily reach. With unlimited access to Momoshiki's Otsutsuki abilities and no risk of losing control, Boruto has surpassed Naruto in almost every aspect in Two blue vortexes.

Naruto cannot bypass Daemon's Reflection Shinjutsu
On the surface, Daemon looks like a mischievous child who loves to play pranks on others. But beneath his youthful exterior lies a powerful, scientifically modified cyborg who wields a deadly shinjutsu, or god-like ability, called Reflection. It is the ultimate defense against all forms of attack and killing in the series, allowing the Daemon to instantly reflect any threat back at the source.
Boruto, Kawaki and even Code, who had already surpassed Naruto, couldn't even touch Daemon due to his shinjutsu. The moment they act hostile towards Daemon, his Reflection Shinjutsu would completely recover the threat, making it nearly impossible to catch him off guard. Even Naruto would have a hard time finding even the slightest opening for Daemon's defenses.

Momoshiki is an emerging threat that Naruto cannot contain
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is just waiting for the perfect time to strike Two blue vortexes. Although he's still trapped inside Boruto, his cooperation in the clash against Jura may ultimately give him the opening he needs to take control permanently. As fans understand, a Momoshiki-possessed Boruto is an overwhelming, almost unstoppable threat, which makes it terrifying to imagine.
From the beginning, Momoshiki has always been stronger than Naruto, even when Naruto fought alongside Sasuke. He could easily absorb their ninjutsu, match them with taijutsu and still overwhelm them. With Boruto's body in Momoshiki's full control, Naruto would have little chance against him.

Jura is a mortal opponent of Naruto
Defeating Jura is Boruto's most urgent priority i Two blue Vortexes. After all, Jura has the power to destroy the world at will and can kill Boruto and his allies the moment he loses interest in humanity. As the direct incarnation of the young Ten Tails, Jura possesses incredible abilities such as wood release, extreme regeneration, and even dual Rinnegan. Additionally, he is a sentient being with instinctive combat awareness.
In a direct clash with Jura, Naruto would be at a severe disadvantage, with Jura likely to win if not persuaded by Naruto's Talk no Jutsu. Right now, Jura stands as the strongest villain in Two blue swirls, with powers so strong that Boruto is forced to team up with not only Momoshiki Otsutsuki but also Kawaki to bring him down for good.

Shibai Otsutsuki surpasses all Boruto and Naruto characters in power
Shibai Otsutsuki is portrayed as the strongest character in Two blue vortexesstanding above Naruto, Boruto, Kawaki and possibly even the Jura and Shinju clones. Having ascended to a higher plane of existence, he is widely considered to be the true Otsutsuki God, the main source of shinjutsu, which greatly raised the overall power scaling of the series.
While Shibai Otsutsuki has yet to make an actual appearance in the series, the stories of him consuming countless chakra fruits before becoming an Otsutsuki god suggest that he has little or no regard for other life forms. Not even Naruto's Talk no Jutsu was likely to make him affect.
