Fortnite Runners brings a huge amount of changes, from the introduction of extraction shooting elements to a host of new items and loot for players to use. With the new season will also come new features, tips and tricks for players to make use of, each of which can improve their game and bring them closer to their next Victory Royale. Here is 10 tips and tricks you need to know for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3.

Secure new items and Sprites in Fortnite Runners by using your Vault Key to open Vaults. Here are all the Vault locations this season.
This season is all about extracting Sprites, and many players can constantly find themselves in fights at Extraction Sites trying to secure them in their Sprite Collection. This is where Portable Extractors come into play, as they allow players stealthily extracting their Sprites without drawing attention to themselves.
Players can stack Portable Extractors in their inventory, and they will remain in their charge outside of matches, regardless of whether they are eliminated. Here are all the ways you can get portable extractors:

Tip #2: Heal on the go with the seven sliders
One of the newest items this season is the Seven Sliders, which allow players to slide far even when they have another item in hand. Of course, this means that players can glide with the item and also use any healing item in the gameallowing them to keep moving while replenishing their health and shield. This can come in handy when you need to retreat and heal on the fly, or get some health back as you move in the storm.
Carried Sprites have their own designated slot separate from the player's main inventory. But most players have also figured that out you can carry a Sprite in your handtakes up an inventory location. Of course, this allows players hold on to multiple Sprites at the same timewhich can be handy when you want to extract several to secure them in your Sprite Collection or maximize the amount of Sprite Dust you get back.
You can also use this to level up multiple Sprites in one game. Think about it though Sprites can only ascend when on their backsnot in your inventory. To switch Sprites from your inventory to your back, place a Sprite in your hand and press the Shoot button. This method can also be used to replace active Sprite abilities, as the abilities of Sprites in your hand will not be active.
Tip #4: Upgrade your loot at Sprite gas stations
While many features for Fortnite Runners are brand new, some from last season have also stuck. This is the case with upgrading weapons, which players can still do, only this time via Sprite Dust Service Stations. If you go to an extraction site, you can upgrade your items from Uncommon all the way to Legendary by spending Sprite Dust. This is the surest way to get a rare loot.
Tip #5: Land in mythic locations to get mythic loot

Tip #6: Use seven controls on water to avoid overheating
Moving on to another tip now for the seven sliders. Many players may have discovered that this item can be used to glide over water. However, Using Seven Sliders over water also stops the item from overheating. This means that if players use the standard Epic rarity version of the item, they can drift indefinitely as long as they remain on the water and have enough durability.
Tip #7: Go to the Sprite Chests for guaranteed sprites
Sprite Chests are easily the most sought after loot boxes this season, as they are the only chests that actually guarantee Sprites, along with also having the potential to drop rare sprites like the Zero Point Sprite. Because these chests have set spawn points on the islandplayers can drop them right on and open them.

Tip #8: Upgrade your sprites and bring them into your match for unique buffs
Many players may simply aim to master their Sprite once and be done with it. However, Leveling up your Sprites actually gives players a competitive edge. By leveling up your Sprites, the effects they give become stronger. Since the Sprites you extract and take with you to your next match also retain their levels, you can start your matches with a big advantage.
Sprites are leveled up simply by winning eliminations and opening loot cachesso focus on any of them during your games. Tip #9: Fish faster with Chaos Exploder Rifle or Shield Breaker EMP
Next, for those who love to fish in Fortnitethere are actually two items you can use to fish fishing spots more effectively. These are the Chaos Exploder Rifle and the Shield Breaker EMP. Both will destroy fishing spots but give the same level of rewards as you can get when fishing normallymaking them a faster way to get quick heals.
Tip #10: Watch out for Friendly Fire from the Fire Sprite
Summarizing our top tips is something to watch out for when using Fire Sprite. This Sprite offers the ability to set opponents on fire when they deal damage. However, the resulting fire AOE can also damage you and your teammates. Be aware of this, especially when trying to loot downed players eliminated with the Fire Sprite.
