When you first arrive at Speranza in Arc Raidersyou will be fairly new, and Shani will be your first point of contact for various missions on the top side. But in the beginning she will give you some simple quests to either defeat some enemies or interact with hatches to repair a pipe.
Once you've completed a few runs and unlocked the Blue Gate map, you'll get the first mission in Shani's highway collapse investigation called Reduced To Rubble. In this quest, you must first take a picture of the collapsed highway in Blue Gate and then find an arc machine in Broken Earth.
Where to find the collapsed highway
The first part of the Reduced To Rubble quest asks you to take a picture of the collapsed highway, which can be seen as a location on the southwest side of the Blue Gates map. If you don't see it by looking at the map, just zoom in, and it is at the bottom left of the checkpoint. Go to this area to continue this quest.
Once you reach the highway, you need to get to the part where it is broken and part of it is close to the ground. You can find this right at the bottom where Highway is written on the map. Once on the ground at the break, you will see a yellow option to take a picture. Interact with this and you will end the first part of this quest.
What to do in Broken Earth?
For the second part of the quest, you need to get to the Broken Earth area, which can be found to the right of the Highway Collapse when you cross the Olive Garden. When you get to this area, the quest will update and ask you to follow the trail of destruction, but the path won't be obvious. To finish this mission you just need to go to northeast of Broken Earth on the map where you can also see a small machine if you look closely.
Once you get to the location, you'll find a giant broken Arc machine. Go to the top of this and you'll find another yellow interaction icon near the wreckage. Once you interact with this, you can extract and take the rewards of the assignment Reduced To Ruble.
