Naruto's sexy reverse harem technique deserves another chance
When every powerful jutsu in Naruto's arsenal couldn't touch the ever-powerful rabbit goddess Kaguya Otsutsuki, he relied on an unconventional technique that fans didn't see coming. Sexy Reverse Harem Technique is an upgraded version of Naruto's Harem Technique that famously distracted Kaguya Otsutsuki long enough for Naruto to catch her off guard and launch a surprise attack.
Instead of using shadow clones to transform into a harem of beautiful girls, Naruto switched the transformation to handsome boys, disorienting Kaguya much to the surprise of the other members of Team 7. Despite its surprising success, this technique remained Naruto's one-time gimmick.

Naruto's Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet is an animated only Jutsu
Just because Naruto rarely uses Fire Release techniques doesn't mean he can't use them at all. Despite having access to Fire Release, Naruto rarely incorporated it into his arsenal as a young ninja, often relying on explosive spikes to produce similar destructive effects.
For example, during the cooperative jutsu Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet, Naruto had to ignite Gamabunta's toad oil with an explosive tag instead of using Fire Release himself, unlike Jiraiya. There is another version of this collaboration jutsu, but instead of using Fire Release, Naruto incorporates Wind Release with Gamatatsu's pad oil. Both techniques are anime-only jutsu that Naruto used in the series.

Naruto's summoning technique became obsolete
The Summoning Technique is one of the flashiest jutsus in the whole Naruto series, with users such as Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura bringing enormous creatures, from a toad and snake to a snail, to aid them in battle. Despite the extra firepower these reliable summons bring to the battlefield, they are rarely used to their full potential.
In Naruto's case, his Shadow Clone Technique makes the Summoning technique almost redundant. Instead of relying on Gamakichi, Naruto would create hundreds, if not thousands, of shadow clones to overwhelm his enemies. On top of that, Naruto could always rely on Kurama, making summoning much less important in the series.

Naruto stopped using Koka Release: Unparalleled Strength
Boil Release is yet another underutilized Kekkei Genkai that Naruto seemingly forgot he had access to in the series. Despite being one of Naruto's most powerful close-range abilities, as shown in his confrontation with Kaguya Otsutsuki, the technique saw little use in later battles.
Unmatched strength gives Naruto a significant increase in power equal to the steam released from his body. The greater the steam pressure his body generates, the more Naruto's physical strength, speed and striking power increase.

Naruto's Frog Kumite is too powerful to ignore
Naruto's training with Fukusaku at Mount Myoboku did wonders for his overall fighting strength. Mastering Sage Mode is no easy feat, but Naruto completed his training under immense pressure, quickly gaining full mastery of the technique and its unparalleled sensory and taijutsu abilities just in time to confront the Six Paths of Pain in Konoha.
Using the Frog Kumite, Naruto effortlessly overwhelmed one of the six Paths of Pain, with an invisible aura of natural energy that can only be perceived by Sage Mode users. Even the Rinnegan could not detect these invisible attacks, making it much more dangerous when used to its full potential.

Naruto's Planetary Rasengan was overshadowed by other variants
Before the Rasengan Uzuhiko made its debut in Boruto: Two Blue VortexNaruto Uzumaki had already developed the Planetary Rasengan, proving that he could create a disorienting Rasengan without drawing power from Earth's nearly limitless chakra. It is one of the most beautiful yet destructive Rasengan that Naruto developed in the series.
Naruto's Planetary Rasengan consists of a Big Ball Rasengan orbiting three standard Rasengan, which resemble moons orbiting a planet. It is an A-rank, short-range ninjutsu that unleashes a turbulent, vortex-like explosion that can limit a target's regenerative ability upon direct collision. Unfortunately, Naruto is not fond of using the Planetary Rasengan as much as his other variants in the series.

Naruto's parent and child Rasengan only works with Minato or Boruto
Since the Parent and Child Rasengan is a type of cooperative ninjutsu, Naruto Uzumaki must team up with either Minato Namikaze or Boruto Uzumaki to unleash this extremely powerful Rasengan variant. Along with Minato, their version of the Parent and Child Rasengan was powerful enough to push Obito back into his Ten-Tails jinchuriki form.
On the other hand, Naruto's version with Boruto successfully destroyed Momoshiki Otsutsuki in the final moments of their confrontation. Unfortunately, this Rasengan variant may never return, with Minato Namikaze long gone and Naruto trapped in the Daikokuten dimension with no sign of coming out anytime soon.

Naruto's Baryon Rasengan was too powerful to hold
Baryon Mode is one of the biggest power-ups that Naruto unexpectedly got into Naruto continuation. This mode gives Naruto a huge power boost at the expense of his and Kurama's life powers, making it a high risk, high reward jutsu. While this form is activated, Naruto's Rasengan is much more powerful than ever.
While Naruto's Baryon Rasengan is incredibly destructive and powerful enough to send Isshiki Otsutsuki flying with a direct hit, it was only used briefly during their battle. Unfortunately, losing Kurama meant Naruto also lost access to Baryon Mode, making the Baryon Rasengan a disposable technique.
