The Dragon Ball the multiverse is huge, with much more than just the twelve universes that appear in it Dragon Ball Super. Depending on the timeline, the Saiyans continue to become absurdly powerful, transforming into warriors capable of destroying the multiverse if left unchecked.
The strongest saiyans in Dragon Ball multiverse are some of the most overpowered characters in the history of anime. Borderline invincible thanks to insanely high power levels and broken transformations, the likes of Capsule Corp. and Xeno timelines paved the way for the most powerful Saiyans in the Dragon Ball history. Even Black Frieza's full power would be no match for the strongest Saiyans in the land Dragon Ball multiverse.

Gohan Beast is the strongest unassembled Saiyan in the Canon timeline
Gohan is the most powerful Saiyan in the canon timeline right now. In fact, he might even be stronger than Gogeta and Vegito thanks to his Beast form. After the release of Dragon Ball Super: BrolySaikyo Jump revealed that Broly could have surpassed Super Saiyan Blue Gogeta if he learned to master the Legendary Super Saiyan. Broly does just that in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 103, but is still defeated by Gohan Beast in a fight.
In terms of power scaling, this means that Gohan Beast is much stronger than Broly was in Dragon Ball Super: Brolyand realistically even stronger than Gogeta's last appearance. Gohan Beast's other feats include knocking Goku out of Perfected Ultra Instinct and winning a Saiyan battle royale between himself, Goku, Vegeta, Broly, Goten and Trunks. Gohan is currently the Z-Fighter's single best chance to beat Black Frieza once Dragon Ball Super manga returns, and the only Saiyan in league with the multiverse's mightiest warriors.

The Crimson Masked Saiyan has killed Goku 99 times
IN Super Dragon Ball HeroesThe Crimson-Masked Saiyan is a version of Goku Black who is rescued by Fu before the final battle with Zamasu, and sets off to terrorize the multiverse. Goku Black acquires a Time Breaker mask and gains immense power and begins traveling from universe to universe to test his newfound strength against various Goku variants. In his travels, Goku Black becomes the Crimson Masked Saiyan and kills 99 different versions of Goku.
The Crimson-Masked Saiyan is one of the few Saiyans stronger than Xeno Goku, one of the most powerful Time Patrollers in the Xeno timeline. The Crimson-Masked Saiyan also unlocks several new versions of Super Saiyan Rosé, and continues to harness the full power of the form as Goku Black mixes Super Saiyan 3 with his hybrid Kai, Saiyan and God Ki types. When all is said and done, CC Goku and CC Vegeta have no choice but to merge into CC Gogeta just to deal with the Crimson Masked Saiyan.

Cumber is the most powerful Ancient Saiyan in history
Cumber is one of the most dangerous characters in the whole Dragon Ball multiverse. One of the most powerful Ancient Saiyans in the series, if not the absolute strongest, Cumber's full power is terrifying to behold. Cumber's Evil Aura allows him to infect other fighters, corrupting them with dark energy that causes them to lose their minds in favor of a massive power boost.
Cumber himself is so strong, Fu has no choice but to physically restrain him just to restrain him. However, even this is not enough to subdue Cumber, as he is powerful enough to break his limiters. Cumber's great potential means he can become the strongest Saiyan if left unchecked, and his full power scales him to around Vegito's Power Level, if not slightly stronger.

Dark Broly is an absolute monster
Dark Broly is the strongest version of Broly in the multiverse, and one of the deadliest Dragon Ball characters of all time. When Xeno Broly becomes corrupted by the seven-star Dark Dragon Ball, he undergoes a Dark Dragon Ball Enhancement that radically increases his power level. Along with his Time Breaker Mask, Dark Broly is simply on a different level than most Saiyans.
In terms of power, Dark Broly is strong enough to beat Xeno King Vegeta and beat Xeno Bardock to near defeat in Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Dark Broly is so strong that Xeno Bardock can't even legally beat him. Instead, Bardock must summon the Key Sword – a divine weapon also used to seal the Mechikabura – just to subdue Dark Broly. Unchecked, Dark Broly could destroy any universe with little to no effort.

CC Vegeta mastered a version of Super Saiyan Blue that no one else could
Capsule Corp. Timeline is easily the most powerful timeline in the Dragon Ball multiverse. CC Timeline is a version of Dragon Ball franchise where Goku and the Z-Fighters lived through the original Dragon Ball anime, Dragon Ball Zalmost every one DBZ movie, the Dragon Ball Super anime and finally Dragon Ball Super: Broly.
Even without experiencing the Moro Saga, the Granolah arc or Dragon Ball Super: Super HeroThe Saiyans in the CC Timeline are massively outgunned. Example: CC Vegeta. Capsule Corp. Vegeta is the strongest version of Vegeta in all Dragon Ball. When he is corrupted by the Evil Aura, he successfully resists the corruption and unlocks Controlled Super Saiyan Blue Berserk, giving CC Vegeta a massive power boost without losing his sense of control. At full power, CC Vegeta is leagues stronger than Ultra Ego Vegeta in the canon universe.

CC Goku is grossly overpowered
Like CC Vegeta, CC Goku is the strongest version of Goku in the multiverse, and it's honestly not even close. Although this version of Goku hasn't mastered Ultra Instinct as perfectly as his canon counterpart, it hardly matters since CC Goku could dance circles around Canon Goku. Not only that, CC Goku was personally trained by the Grand Priest, giving him an angelic understanding of Ultra Instinct.
Capsule Corp. Goku is the most powerful unassembled Saiyan in the entire multiverse, capable of world-ending feats like absolutely nothing. When push comes to shove, CC Goku can even fight on a level comparable to Vegito and Gogeta, full of untapped potential still waiting to overflow. No matter the opponent, CC Goku will find a way to break his limits, redefine the hierarchy of power i Dragon Balland win.

CC Vegito is the ultimate Potara Fusion
Xeno Vegito may be able to transform Super Saiyan 4, but CC Vegito's access to God Ki makes him a much more formidable threat. CC Vegito is one of the few fighters in the multiverse who can successfully use the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken, multiplying his power level to a degree that would shatter the canon timeline.
Unlike the cannon version of Vegito which can only be active for a few minutes before Potara disarms, CC Vegito has no such drawbacks. Even overflowing with greater power than any other Saiyan i Dragon Ball have experienced, CC Vegito doesn't suffer from the same time limit issues. Of course, even CC Vegito's power cannot compare to the true strongest Saiyan in the multiverse.

CC Gogeta is the greatest Saiyan of all time
CC Gogeta is so powerful that he's actually called a “cheat code” in-universe Super Dragon Ball Heroes. CC Goku and CC Vegeta are already strong as they are, but the synergy boost they get from performing the Fusion Dance and becoming Gogeta creates what is arguably the ultimate warrior in the entire multiverse.
If anyone can beat Beerus, the angels, or Zeno, it's CC Gogeta. The only thing holding this version of Gogeta back is his half-hour time limit, but with power inherited from the most powerful versions of Goku and Vegeta—as well as access to Super Saiyan Blue Evolved—the Capsule Corp. Gogeta functionally invincible as long as his fusion is active.
