Outside One Pieceshonen heroes like Naruto Uzumaki have more than enough power to compete with the series' strongest villains. At his peak, Naruto is capable of fighting god-like opponents. As the strongest shinobi in history, Naruto Uzumaki has more than enough strength to defeat these mighty One Piece villains.

Devil Fruit: Doku Doku no Mi

In Impel Down lies a powerful villain who almost killed Luffy. That villain is Magellan, Impel Down's former head warden and the current user of Doku Doku no Mi, who can produce and manipulate various types of poisons or toxins at will. Aside from his toilet issues, Magellan is an absolute force of nature One Piece.

While Magellan's venom is extremely lethal and can kill most opponents within seconds of contact, Naruto Uzumaki is one of the worst possible enemies for this ability. With an overwhelmed healing factor, on top of his protective chakra cloaks, Naruto has what it takes to fight Magellan head on. On the contrary, Magellan would need much more than just poison to stand up to Naruto's overwhelming power.

Enel ruled the Upper Yard and, for most of the Skypiea story, overpowered the combined might of the Straw Hat Pirates. Still, an opponent like Naruto Uzumaki, who possesses god-like abilities and has faced battles involving planetary-scale threats at his peak, would overwhelm him with ease.

He is also a haki user, further adding to his formidable power.

Although it wouldn't be easy to outsmart Doflamingo, Naruto Uzumaki in Six Paths Sage Mode would have a clear advantage over him. Since Donquixote Doflamingo is very observant in battle, he would quickly realize that a fight with Naruto would be unfavorable. If he's already wary of what Fujitora can do when he summons a meteorite, fighting Naruto would be way beyond anything he could comfortably handle.

Fasting is a way of life for Greenbull, the admiral who proclaims himself to be nature itself because of his devil fruit, Mori Mori no Mi. With his unique logia fruit, Greenbull can transform into a huge forest that can control all kinds of plants and vegetation to overwhelm his enemies. He is also capable of photosynthesis, which helps him recover his stamina and sustain his body without eating.

In a matchup with Naruto Uzumaki, Greenbull's constant regeneration would end up being an effective advantage. With hundreds of shadow clones firing Rasengan endlessly along with devastating Tailed Beast Balls, it would be difficult for Greenbull to withstand the cumulative damage of Naruto Uzumaki's attacks, let alone have time to recover.
