Daki can survive decapitation as long as Gyutaro lives
As the other half of the Upper Moon Six siblings, the ever-beautiful Daki possesses extraordinary powers in the series. Her iconic obi-sash manipulation allows her to kill multiple opponents at once, severing their body parts in the process. As part of her ability to manipulate the flesh, she can conveniently use her razor-sharp obi blade as whip-like tendrils to fight.
Like his brother, Daki has an awkward biological trait. Despite being separate entities, she shares her body with Gyutaro, making them a formidable duo. No matter how many times Demon Slayers decapitate her, she can regenerate repeatedly as long as Gyutaro remains alive.

Gyutaro makes beheading almost useless
Between Gyutaro and Daki, the former is certainly the better and stronger fighter. Armed with his poisonous flesh comb, he can easily kill his opponents with a single scratch while overwhelming them with his unpredictable fighting style and unmatched speed. At his power level, he can casually overpower a Hashira of Uzui Tengen's caliber, forcing even one of the strongest assassins to fight at their absolute limit.
Due to Gyutaro and Daki's abnormal biological properties, they can overcome beheading as long as one of them is alive. This makes them incredibly difficult for their opponents to defeat, as they will only go down if both of their heads are cut off at the same time.

Slicing Hantengu's head only makes him stronger
Hantengu has seven distinct forms making him one of the most difficult demons to kill in the series. Each has a different personality, not to mention weapons and abilities that can easily overwhelm a lone demon slayer. As shown in the Swordsmith Village Arc, taking down the Hantengu required the strength of several demon slayers, including a Hashira.
Even worse, decapitating Hantengu in his base form would only cause his powerful sentient clones to appear. Further attempts to cut off his head would result in the emergence of even more clones, making him increasingly difficult to defeat.

Akaza overcomes decapitation through sheer fighting spirit
Destroying Akaza is no easy task due to his unparalleled fighting spirit and relentless determination to grow stronger than anyone else. He is a battle-hungry demon who enjoys fighting opponents worthy of his time and power. As such, Akaza managed to overcome beheading in the Infinity Castle Arc.
While fighting against Tanjiro Kamado and Giyu Tomioka, Akaza's headless body continued to attack the demon slayers without fail. If it wasn't for Akaza's decision to give up and surrender, he would have continued to regenerate his head and fight Tanjiro and Giyu endlessly.

Kokushibo refused to die after losing his head
As the number one most powerful demon in Muzan Kibutsuji's army, Kokushibo has also conquered death by beheading. Upper Moon One's strong determination to keep fighting allowed him to defy death, shocking the two Marked Demon Slayers who beheaded him in Infinity Castle.
More impressively, Kokushibo's regeneration speed was faster than anyone else, allowing him to return to the battlefield shortly after his head was restored. However, since it was the first time that his regeneration had been pushed beyond its limits, he struggled to stabilize his power, especially after seeing what had become of his physical appearance.

Muzan Kibutsuji cannot be killed by beheading alone
As the most powerful demon in the world Demon SlayerMuzan Kibutsuji is immune to beheading, mainly due to his biokinesis which allowed him to grow 12 vital organs. Whether his head is chopped off by a Nichirin sword or even Gyomei's club and axe, Muzan will simply regenerate as if nothing ever happened to him.
To completely destroy Muzan, the demon slayers must expose him to direct sunlight until he disintegrates. They must also prevent Muzan from splitting himself into countless pieces of flesh, for a single one of them could allow him to escape and regenerate, much like how he survived Yoriichi Tsugikuni's wrath.

Demon King Tanjiro defies every weakness of demons
When Muzan Kibutsuji successfully transferred his memories as well as his remaining blood to Tanjiro, the strongest demon king in the series was born. Shortly after his birth, Tanjiro gained not only sunlight immunity but also beheading immunity. In other words, Demon King Tanjiro became an unstoppable force.
