Sasuke Uchiha might not be the main focus of it Boruto sequel, but he is still considered one of the strongest ninjas in history. He may have a Rinnegan, but most of his power comes from his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. These eyes give Sasuke access to several powerful jutsu, and he can use them as much as he can without fear of going blind.
Sasuke's strongest Mangekyo Sharingan jutsu can easily defeat other Kage level ninjas. One jutsu in particular has the power to wipe out something as large as the Hidden Leaf Village, while another can seriously injure or kill a Tailed Beast. Sasuke may have lost his left eye to Momoshiki Otsutsuki, but he should still be able to use all of these jutsu.

Amaterasu produces black flames that can burn anything
Sasuke unlocked Amaterasu when he awakened his Mangelyo Sharingan after Itachi's death, and it quickly became one of his offensive jutsu. Just a handful Naruto characters can counter Amaterasu, and most of them have superhuman speed and the ability to absorb chakra. Amaterasu produces black flames in the focus of Sasuke's vision, making them nearly impossible to avoid. It puts a lot of strain on his eye, which is why it still bleeds when he uses it in New Era.
Amaterasu's black flames cannot be extinguished by conventional means, and are seen as immortal flames as they will continue to burn until the target is completely incinerated. Amaterasu usually burns slowly, but Sasuke can instantly burn something with it by focusing on the flames. This was shown when Sasuke reduced Shin Uchiha's metal blade to ash in seconds. Sasuke's Amaterasu can burn and knock out a fully unleashed Eight-Tails, and it would have burned Jigen to a crisp if Jigen didn't absorb it with his Karma.

Kagutsuchi has Sasuke shape Amaterasu's flames
Sasuke created Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi shortly after awakening his Mangekyo Sharingan, and he first used it against the 4th Raikage during their battle at the Five Kage Summit. He can still use Kagutsuchi in the new era, but for some reason he hasn't used it in his battles against Momoshiki and Isshiki Otsutsuki. With this jutsu, Sasuke can apply shapeshifting to Amaterasu's black flames, a feat that even Itachi could not achieve.
Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi can shape Amaterasu's flames in various ways, for both offensive and defensive purposes. It can increase his Susanoo's defense by enveloping its body in black flames, and it can create a barrier of spike-shaped flames around Sasuke. This version not only protects Sasuke, but it can spike his opponents. Sasuke can use Kagutsuchi to create a sword of black flames that fires spike-shaped projectiles every time he swings it, and he can apply

Susanoo creates a colossal avatar with power resembling a tailed beast
The Susanoo has been passed down through the generations of the Uchiha clan, and it is considered the ultimate ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes. Sasuke first used it during the Five Kage Summit, but he did not achieve a complete Susanoo until the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War. Susanoo is a jutsu that makes the user almost unkillable as it is considered an absolute defense, but someone as strong as Jigen can break through its defenses with a single attack.
When Sasuke uses his Susanoo, he manifests a colossal samurai-like avatar with massive wings. This avatar is made entirely of chakra, and its offensive power is equivalent to a Tailed Beast. Sasuke can cut a mountain in half with a single slash of his sword. Sasuke's humanoid Susanoo can shoot a large arrow from a bow that doubles as a shield. Sasuke's Susanoo may not have done much against Jigen, but it can hold its own against Otsutsuki Clan members like Kaguya and Momoshiki.

Susanoo: Chidori gives incredible piercing power to Sasuke's Susanoo
Chidori is Sasuke's signature jutsu, and he can only use it effectively because his Sharingan takes care of the tunnel vision issue. Over the course of the series, Sasuke developed new applications for the Chidori, including needle-like projectiles and a spear variant. At the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War, while fighting Naruto in the Final Valley, Sasuke used a new variant of the Chidori that can only be used with a Complete Body Susanoo.
Sasuke has not used Susanoo: Chidori in the new era, but since he can still use both Chidori and Susanoo, it is still in his arsenal. Susanoo: Chidori allows Sasuke to produce a massive Chidori in his Susanoo's left hand. This Chidori is as powerful as the Nine-Tails' Tailed Beast Ball, which has the power to vaporize a small region. This Chidori could have cut right through Momoshiki's colossal stone golem, but Sasuke probably didn't use it because he had been burned seconds before the golem appeared.

Indra's Arrow is Sasuke's strongest offensive jutsu
Sasuke has become much stronger in the New Era, but Indra's Arrow is still considered his most powerful technique. He's only used Indra's arrow once, and now that Naruto is no longer a Jinchuriki, it's a jutsu that can make Sasuke the strongest ninja in the world. When Kurama died, so did the ability to see Indra's Arrow again, but now that he has reincarnated inside Himawari, Sasuke can use it again.
In order to use Indra's arrow, Sasuke must absorb the chakra from all nine tailed beasts and store it in his complete body Susanoo. Susanoo's body changes, and Sasuke reveals a longbow and arrow infused with lightning-like chakra. The arrow is powerful enough to collide with two Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken that are infused with Nature Energy. Indra's Arrow can vaporize one of the Five Great Nations, and it should be strong enough to do the same to a Ten-Tails.
