Antares was the strongest opponent that Sung Jinwoo had ever fought in the original Solo Leveling
Like the final villain in the original Solo LevelingAntares is the only character in the series who ever really rivaled Sung Jinwoo. Antares gives Sung Jinwoo his biggest fight ever. For the first time, Sung Jinwoo must really push himself to his absolute limits and is not guaranteed victory. The King of Dragons is overwhelmingly powerful and easily the strongest of monarchs (outside of Sung Jinwoo, of course).
Antares is the only enemy in Solo Leveling which Sung Jinwoo cannot defeat by brute force. Practically every attack that Jinwoo throws at Antares is countered or dodged. In the end, Sung Jinwoo only beats Antares by outsmarting him and setting up a scenario where the rulers take out the Monarch of Destruction for him. He uses far greater power, speed, and intellect than any other villain in Solo LevelingAntares was Sung Jinwoo's biggest challenge in the original series.

Thomas Andre has finally caught up with sung Jinwoo again
The #1 ranked National Level Hunter in the world and America's strongest S-Rank Hunter, Thomas Andre was the pinnacle of what humanity was capable of before Sung Jinwoo redefined the hierarchy of power with his use of the system. Thomas Andre will actually be stronger than Sung Jinwoo most of the time Solo Leveling Season 3, but it won't take long for the Monarch of Shadows to surpass Goliath for the rest of the series.
That said, Thomas Andre gets a massive power-up in Solo Leveling Ragnarok which finally brings him back to Sung Jinwoo's level. Thomas Andre goes on to become the Monarch of the Conquerors, succeeding Legia as King of the Giants. Not a monarch, Thomas Andre is the strongest he's ever been and finally powerful enough to aid Sung Jinwoo in his war against Itarim.

Cha Hae-In is one of the most powerful S-Rank hunters in Ragnarök
Cha Hae-In is one of the strongest S-Rank Hunters in South Korea when she was originally introduced Solo Levelingbut the show's power scaling means she falls behind much faster than a character of her reputation and importance deserves. At the end of the original webtoon and webnovel, she is more or less useless during the final battle. Everything changed for Cha Hae-In in the revised one Ragnarök timeline, when she became pregnant with Sung Suho.
Since Sung Suho is Sung Jinwoo's son, he was born with the same potential for power as his father. The universe essentially treated Sung Suho as a ruler while in the womb, which in turn technically made Cha Hae-In a ruler. By holding the power of a ruler within her for so long, Cha Hae-In's capacity for power and mana increased exponentially. IN Solo Leveling Ragnarokshe goes on to fight and destroy an Apostle of Itarim, putting her at a higher power level than even the National Level Hunters.

Born at the end of the original Solo Leveling and the main character in Solo Leveling RagnarokSung Suho is Sung Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In's extremely overwhelmed son. Like his father, Sung Suho can use the system to level up, increase his stats, buy and store new items, and learn new abilities.
Sung Suho also has access to his own Shadow Army and can transform by using Beast Possession to fuse with his Shadow Wolf, Grey, making him even stronger than he already is. In addition to inheriting all of his father's powers, Sung Suho rises much faster than Sung Jinwoo, and already has higher stats at a lower level than his father did during the events of the original Solo Leveling. Sung Suho still has a ways to go before he makes the same OP performances as Sung Jinwoo, but he will surpass his father much faster than anyone realizes.

The Itarim are the main villains in Solo Leveling Ragnarokand creator of it all Solo Leveling universe.
