Unfortunately you can't just throw your line somewhere around the valley and expect to roll in a

. These fish are only happy in cold environments, so you can find Ice Pips in the mines, especially at level 60. There is no time or weather restrictions, which means you can find the icepipe here at any time during all seasons in Stardew Valley.
