Dragon Age: Best Mage Abilities in the series
The Dragon Age series has witnessed a collection of fun and powerful mage abilities for players to experiment with.
There have been beautiful places to visit throughout the franchise, even considering the graphical limitations of the first title, Dragon Age: Origins. Therefore, players who hope to do some sightseeing in Dragon Ageshould make sure they visit these places, as these are some of the most beautiful places in Dragon Ageranked.
8 Orzammar
A nicely built stone town
The player visits Orzammar first Dragon Age: Origins. As the capital of the dwarves, it's no surprise how beautiful this place looks, even considering that this city never sees the sun, and that's when you consider the graphical limitations of this early title.
Although there are some poorer areas in Orzammar, such as Dust Town, of course the richer areas that prize Paragons and those who are part of a caste have incredibly built structures of stone, representing the former dwarves who have done something to run the community in Orzammar.
7 Kirkwall Chantry
A place of peace in a chaotic city
Kirkwall is the town where the whole Dragon Age 2 takes place. While the majority of the city can be considered quite ugly, as discussed by many of the companions in Dragon Age: Inquisition and admitted by Varric himself, there are places in this chaotic city that stand out from the rest.
Hightown is one of the most beautiful areas in Dragon Age 2 and is also home to the beautiful setting of Kirkwall Chantry. This is a great escape for any player who wants to avoid the filth and dangers of the city, as there is usually peace and quiet within the walls of this religious building.
6 The Wellspring
There is beauty in the abyss
Although there are plenty of beautiful base game locations for players to visit Dragon Age: Inquisitionone of the most beautiful DLC locations a player should really appreciate is The Wellspring, found below The descent DLC. Players literally find themselves inside a Titan, the mountainous beast that the dwarves were once attached to.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard – NPCs that should have been romanticized
Dragon Age: The Veilguard has seven characters that players can pursue romantically, but it would have been nice if more options were available.
In addition to the Blue Lyrium veins that add a splash of life to the gray stone, looking out at the rock structures jutting out from the plain stone makes the descent to this level of the Abyss that much more worth it.
5 Val Royeaux
An incredibly beautiful city
Although Val Royeaux is one of the smallest places in the Dragon Age: Inquisitionit's also one of the most beautiful in the game. Being able to visit the capital city of Orlais is one of the places that many players looked forward to visiting during Inquisitionand they were not disappointed by its style.
The buildings are glamorous and eccentric, like the people of Orlais, and many of these NPCs can be found standing around the city to admire alongside the stonework. Looking out over the waking sea is another nice thing to see while admiring the small boats, although players who have romanced Josephine will surely visit the town often.
4 The lighthouse
A place of comfort in the fading
Dragon Age: The Veilguard is undoubtedly the most beautiful Dragon Age game in the franchise, with tons of amazing locations that a player needs to visit. One of the most lovely places ranked Dragon Age must be The Lighthouse, the main base of operations once owned by the rebel Dread Wolf himself.
While players can decorate certain parts of the lighthouse in their own style, the common rooms and exterior appearance of the lighthouse remain the same. Especially with this location being within Tona itself, the beauty of it is as amazing as it gets.
3 Brecilian Forest
Ancient Ruins Surrounded By Trees
Dragon Age has many beautiful and interesting forests for the player to explore. An excellent early location in the franchise that has continued to be one of the most beautiful locations is the Brecilian Forest i Dragon Age: Origins.

Dragon Age: companions that should have appeared in Veilguard, Ranked
Dragon Age: The Veilguard has great companions, but it would have been nice to see these special characters make an appearance as well.
This place is the perfect example of a magical forest in the early games, as it has been home to many wars and humans over the years, and now the Dalish and werewolves are at war. Players explore not only the wooded areas of the forest but also the beautiful ancient ruins as they admire the scenery.
2 Treviso
A City Filled With Canals And Life
Returns to Dragon Age: The VeilguardBioWare expanded the number of cities the player visits to two different cities to explore in the latest game in the franchise. When comparing the two, it is without argument that Treviso, the port city of Antiva, is one of the most beautiful places in Dragon Age franchise.
Even when it's taken over by Antaam, exploring from Treviso's rooftop makes the player look at this place they explore during the night and looks incredible. The beauty of this city only makes visiting it that much worse after certain events, as the beauty becomes poisoned.
1 Arlathan Forest
One of the most vibrant forests in the Dragon Age
Of all the beautiful places in Dragon Ageit's no surprise to see that the most beautiful place for a player to visit is another forest that was introduced for players to explore in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This forest filled with ancient magic was once home to the capital of the Evanuri, the gods who now seek to destroy the world.
Exploring the woodlands here is therefore not only filled with vibrant nature but also floating buildings and lovely elven statues. With Dragon Age: The Veilguard be the first Dragon Age title to have a photo mode, there are plenty of great spots to pose with the player's companion amongst the trees.
