The Game Awards nominations were suspended at the beginning of November, meaning that some big games were ineligible for the awards this year. This includes upcoming titles such as Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, STALKER 2and Marvel Rivals. However, those games will be eligible for next year's awards. That's why 2023 VR games Asgard's Wrath 2 is nominated under the VR/AR category.
