The case for Assassin's Creed shadows to make the jump to Nintendo Switch 2

Nintendo Switch 2 is less than a week away, and there are a great deal for early adopters to sink their teeth in. Along with upgraded versions of Switch 1 Classics and a brand new Mario KartNintendo Switch 2 users will have a good handful of third-party titles to play at launch as well. But Ubisofts Assassin's Creed Franchise will not join the party.

While Ubisofts Star Wars Outlaws Coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in September, no Assassin's Creed Games are officially confirmed to be on its way to Nintendo's next hybrid console. It has to change, and there is no better place to start than with the latest post in the long -lasting franchise, Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Should Far Cry get his own version of Assassin's Creed Infinity?

If rumors are to believe, Ubisoft might work with an Assassin's Creed Infinity-like starter for the next Far Cry game.

Why Assassin's Creed shadows should come to Nintendo Switch 2

It's been a while since Nintendo fans got to play a killer believer

The original Nintendo Switch is home to a handful of Assassin's Creed Games, all of which were portrayed from previous consoles. Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection brings AC2The Brotherhoodand Disclosure together under a roof, while Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered Takes Connor Kenway's American adventure to a new generation of players.

The last one AC Collection available on Nintendo Switch is Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collectionthat combines AC: Black flag and AC Rogue in a shipping package. When you go after the original release date of these games it means technically Assassin's Creed Rogue is the last franchise post that Nintendo users can play.

While Assassin's Creed Odyssey Is available on Nintendo Switch via Cloud Streaming, it is only available in Japan. This means that Nintendo users outside Japan have not had a new Assassin's Creed Experience since a collection of games in 2019 that was originally released in 2013 and 2014. It is time for Nintendo fans to be released during the last decade of the value of Assassin's Creed.

Assassin's Creed Shadows would be an ideal Nintendo Switch 2 Games

Assassin's Creed Shadows Perhaps not the most appreciated entry into the franchise, but it still received a favorable reception from critics and many fans because of its engaging battle and beautifully realized world. Assassin's Creed Shadows“Open-World Nature and Story Structure would pair wonderfully with Nintendo Switch 2's handheld position, as it is best enjoyed in short showers where players can really take the time.

Switch 2 seems to be able to run Assassin's Creed shadows

But there is a potential issue that stands in Assassin's Creed Shadows'Way. Switch 2's hardware must still prove that it is up to the task. The fire ringThe Cyberpunk 2077The Civilization 7The Hogwarts inheritanceand Street Fighter 6 Is just a handful of the technically demanding games that release Switch 2 under the launch window.

The jury is still out on whether Switch 2 can handle them or not, but whether it can, there is a strong chance that Ubisoft can get a relatively uncompromising version of Assassin's Creed Shadows to work too. It doesn't have to look as beautiful as its PS5, PC and Xbox series X -Mot. Mortal Kombat 1 in the switch situation.
