It may be hard to believe, but there is apparently a smooth Putator Version of Sonic the Hedgehog, which was supposed to serve as a mascot for the now loud successful Sonic The Hedgehog movie franchise.
In other words, an uglier “ugly sonic.”
As first shared on Twitter by a user called Doctor Caboose, test films of the first son like the hedgehog film are now out in nature. The user claims they saw the images as part of an old job, and these images work as proof of what Paramount thought they were cooking.

I can't see if I love or hate Sonic Racing: Crossworld's list of guest characters
Too much Paramount, not enough Billy Hatcher and Giant Egg.
The whole thread is full of some terrible still images of what Sonic would look like, and apparently it's not the end of it either. The uploader has access to any still image that they shot that they will publish the line after editing some kind of identifying information that can bind their account to their real persona.
The original “Ugly Sonic” was oh so close to happen
As the original story, when Paramount first revealed his live-action Sonic the Hedgehog movie, the reception was less than positive, with many who dubbed Sonic's design as “ugly Sonic.”
The reception was so bad that Paramount and the film's director, Jeff Fowler, announced that Sonic would undergo a redesign, a decision that actually delayed the film.
That converter for Sonic ended up being received positively, and here we are three films and a spin-off TV show later. But “Ugly Sonic” has lived on infinitely, even become a parody in a Disney movie. Recently, it seemed like “ugly chopper”, a response to the live-action design by Tony Tony Chopper from one piece, would take “ugly Sonic's” place, but these latest posts have ensured that “ugly sonic” is still the king of unreasonable live-action design.
