For a while now Persona 5: The Phantom X has been on Steam's backend without having his own customer use page. The steam profile was updated on October 16 last year, which led to an edition being imminent, but it was suspiciously silent after that.

Family
Persona producer will not exclude female main characters for future games
“The team does not believe that adults or women as protagonists are not an opportunity to consider.”
Five months later, Persona 5: The Phantom XS Steam Store is now live, but it comes with bad news for those who can't read neither Simplified Chinese nor Japanese.
Persona 5: The Phantom X is finally displayed on Steam, does not have English -language support
Persona 5: The Phantom X was originally developed as a mobile title and has been in Open Beta in China since April 12 last year – almost exactly one year. It was later revealed that the game would receive a PC and Console release, as well as a version outside China, but its places are not stated.
This Steam page ultimately confirms P5X's PC release, but unfortunately, for players who cannot read simplified Chinese or Japanese text, its international edition seems that it may not be to you.
The game's Steam Listing says, “English language is not supported. This product does not support your local language. Please review the list with supported languages below before you buy, ”before revealing that the game only supports the two above languages.
However, not all bad news. Earlier this month, we reported that during a developer Livestream, Persona 5: The Phantom X team revealed that the game was almost 90 percent completely and may have slipped that English -language support would come further down.
As a big personal fan myself, last year, I was lucky enough to go on the game at the Tokyo Game Show. In my preview, I said, “While my time with Persona 5: The Phantom X left me with many questions, I got away and felt carefully optimistic. The characters are promising, and it is a game that I will dive in if and when it goes over.”
