The Color of the Supreme King, also known as Conqueror's Haki, was first introduced in One Piece and properly explained in One Piece Chapter 597 on August 30, 2009 by none other than Silvers Rayleigh, the Dark King. This power is only found in one in a million people, and specifically those with the qualities of a king. With Conqueror's Haki known to be a power to overwhelm and a necessity to rise to the top of the world, it has become one of the most sought after abilities for all characters in One Piece world.
This is precisely why, when a new character with this ability is revealed, fans are incredibly excited. One Piece's The Elbaf arc specifically introduced a plethora of Conquerors Haki users to the fans. From the beginning of the arc, with characters like Scopper Gaban, all the way to the end in One Piece Chapter 1187, released on July 5, 2026, where Sanji was confirmed to use Conqueror's Haki, this arc has introduced one legendary king after another. In total there are 6 new characters that One Piece has officially welcomed to hold this incredible power in the arc of Elbaf.
One Piece's Elbaf Arc Officially Adds Loki, Scopper Gaban, Imu, and Sanji as New Alive Conqueror's Haki Users
With One Piece included in the final saga, it's no surprise to know that there are more Conqueror's Haki users revealed in the story than ever before. IN One Piece Chapter 717, officially released on August 12, 2013, Don Chinjao officially declared that the New World is full of Conqueror's Haki users; however, only the king who stands above all kings can call himself the king of pirates.

As such, the New World is a pool of Conqueror's Haki users in a sense, but only a few can take this skill to the next level and infuse it into their attacks, as confirmed by Kaido in One Piece Chapter 1010.

Even from this small pool, four new living characters were introduced in the Elbaf arc that use Conqueror's Haki, starting with Scopper Gaban. Gaban was first officially presented in One Piece Chapter 1139, on February 10, 2025, and he went on to fight Luffy and Zoro in Chapter 1140. In this chapter, Gaban officially used Conqueror's Haki, and later, in One Piece Chapter 1149, officially released on May 26, 2025, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #26, he was the one to take down the first Holy Knight in the entire series. In chapter 1170, Gaban showed off his mastery of Supreme King Haki by explaining to Shanks how to use it against Harald to counter immortality.

After Gaban, One Piece also introduced Loki to exercise the color of the supreme king. Being a monstrously powerful character and an individual known to have the power to destroy the world, Loki was always destined to wield the color of the Supreme King, and this was confirmed in One Piece Chapter 1152 on June 23, 2025. Alongside Loki, Nerona Imu is yet another character who unleashed the power of the Supreme King's power in the Elbaf arc. Imu officially descended on Elbaf in One Piece Chapter 1179 on April 5, 2026, in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #19.

Immediately upon landing on Elbaf, Imu used a burst of Conqueror's Haki, knocking out the vast majority of weak individuals in the land. His Haki was such that it was felt all the way down to the underworld by characters like Loki, Luffy and Gaban. Now, Nerona Imu is in a direct confrontation with Monkey D. Luffy, as seen in One Piece Chapter 1187. Finally, there is Sanji, who was confirmed to have the qualities of a King in One Piece Chapter #1187 on July 5, 2026. With four new Conqueror's Haki users being confirmed of some special significance to the Elb-King, the Supre-King has been confirmed by the Supreme. arc in One Piece.

Eiichiro Oda confirmed Harald And Rocks as deceased Supreme King Haki users in Elbaf
While four new characters were confirmed to hold the color of the Supreme King in the Elbaf arc, there are also two new characters introduced in flashbacks to wield this power. These two characters are Rocks and Harald. Rocks D. Xebec was officially introduced in One Piece Chapter 1154, and shortly thereafter he was seen using the Conqueror's Haki in his clash against King Harald in Chapter 1155 on July 21, 2025. This confirmed that Harald also held the Conqueror's Haki; these two were equal in terms of strength, and their power was such that their first clash blew away all signs of life within a 5km radius.
As the Elbaf Arc continued, their immense strength was highlighted time and time again by Eiichiro Oda. Eventually, Rocks met his end in One Piece Chapter 1165, where Garling Figarland officially killed him after his battle against Roger and Garp. On the other hand, Harald met his end in One Piece Chapter 1170, where Loki dealt the death blow to him after eating Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr.
Why will One Piece after Elbaf reveal more Haki users
As the Elbaf Arc officially adds 6 new Conqueror's Haki users to the story, there are many more users of this power that Eiichiro Oda will introduce. Some of them include top tiers like Monkey D. Dragon and Dracule Mihawk, along with figures like Shamrock Figarland and potentially even Garling Figarland. There are also many other characters who could go on to raise the color of the Supreme King, with Usopp being another candidate from the Straw Hat Pirates.
No matter how we look at it, Color of the Supreme King is an ability that Eiichiro Oda will shed a lot of light on in Final Saga. We absolutely cannot wait to see how this ability develops even further into the story.
