Loki is one of the most exciting One Piece characters right now, and also one that fans are eagerly waiting for to appear in the Elbaf arc. Loki is one of very few characters that fans know from Elbaf, and the fact that Oda introduced him way before the arc even started always meant that he was going to be very important. Now that Elbaf is on for good, fans finally got their first glimpse of Loki and it's safe to say that any expectations fans had from his reveal were completely blown out of the water.

Oda delivered an absolutely incredible display of Loki in One Piece chapter 1130 and at the same time revealed quite a lot of new information about him.

Loki was first introduced in One Piece in the Whole Cake Island Arc. There, it was revealed that Prince Loki of Elbaf was in love with Lola, one of Big Mom's children. Big Mom wanted Lola to marry Loki, and this was specifically because she wanted to secure the support of Elbaf's giants. According to her, if Lola had married Loki, the Elbaf warriors, along with her pirate crew, would have created the strongest force on the planet. She would have been able to destroy Shanks, Whitebeard and even Kaido in battle. Unfortunately for her, Lola wanted to decide her own destiny and because of that she ended up leaving Whole Cake Island.

Big Mom was completely upset by this decision and decided to pass her twin sister, Chiffon, as Lola. Apparently the giants figured this out and Loki didn't marry her. Because of that, the relationship between the Giants and the Big Mom Pirates further deteriorated.

Other than that, fans didn't know much about Loki, that is until recently in One Piece. Beginning with the Elbaf arc, Loki would always be focused on. Quite a few fans believed that the sun god revealed earlier was actually none other than Loki. But that person turned out to be Road, the navigator of the New Giant Warrior Pirates. Although fans were disappointed that Road wasn't Loki, they didn't have to wait long as Loki was introduced soon after. Fans absolutely couldn't be more fascinated by the person known as the Disgraced Prince of Elbaf.

IN One Piece chapter 1130, Loki was first seen being mentioned by Gerd and Goldberg. Both were engaged in a conversation about the road. According to them, Road is a creep that they don't seem particularly fond of. However, Hajrudin keeps him in the crew. Gerd, in particular, mentioned that Road is even worse than the disgraced prince of Elbaf, Loki. This was another clue about the Prince of Elbaf introduced long ago in Whole Cake Island. At this point, fans knew that Loki would be introduced into the story, sooner rather than later.

As Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates walked across a bridge, the former's body felt a tingle. According to Luffy, there was a very powerful presence nearby, and he couldn't believe the strength of this person. Zoro wanted to follow Luffy into the forest, but Sanji stopped him from doing so. As seen in the chapter, it took Luffy no time to get to Loki. Fans were treated to a big show when Loki was revealed in chains and when he introduced himself to Luffy.

Loki introduced himself as the sun god and the one who would destroy the world, and that's quite an introduction indeed. At the same time, it was also revealed to fans that Loki is directly tied to Ragnarok, which will most likely come in the Elbaf arc at some point. More than that, Loki's strength was directly indicated by Oda.

Feeling his massive presence and insane power level inside his body, Luffy got goosebumps. It was that Luffy himself was surprised by the strength he could feel. The fact that he could sense Loki's power so much essentially meant that Loki is quite easily the strongest giant in Elbaf right now.

Loki might even be comparable to Yonko One Piece the world, and this is further supported by what the giants mentioned about him. According to them, it took the power of all of Elbaf to chain Loki. The fact that an entire country was needed for this giant suggests that his strength was absolutely impeccable and that he can definitely be compared to Yonko, at the very least.

That's not all. Fans also know that Loki now wields a legendary Devil Fruit. What exactly the Devil Fruit is, is something fans don't know right now. Loki murdered his own father, Harald, to gain access to this Devil Fruit. Then he consumed this fruit and right now fans don't know what abilities this fruit gives. This ability will become legendary, no matter what type of fruit it is. Chances are this will be a Zoan ability, considering there are many mythological beasts in Elbaf. But at the same time, it is also possible that this could be a Devil Fruit of the Logia type. This is supported by the fact that Hajrudin claimed that a giant with a Logia would be unstoppable, and perhaps it was a sly foreshadowing from Oda regarding Loki himself.

Is Loki Yonko level?

Right now, the extent of Loki's strength has not been revealed in One Piece. But what fans can say for sure is that Loki is very powerful. Considering Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji all felt his massive presence and needed to notice, that means he's at least close to them in terms of strength. In fact, it took all of Elbaf, which is described as the strongest nation, to chain him, and this suggests that he can at least be on par with the Yonko of the One Piece World.

Loki is a phenomenal force and fans will be completely amazed at the power he possesses. It shouldn't be a surprise if he's stronger than both Dorry and Brogy, who both carry 1.8 billion berries. Loki can be in the Yonko level, at least. In fact, even a Yonko might not be able to sustain an entire country of warring giants fighting them, and the fact that that's what it took to capture Loki suggests that he might be even stronger somehow.

The good thing is that One Pieceis already in the Elbaf arc, which essentially means that this arc will definitely show fans Loki's full power. His devil fruit, along with many other things, could be revealed to fans in One Piece chapter 1131, and fans are incredibly excited to see what Loki has to offer as the series continues.
