Oda reveals a character even stronger than the Pirate King

One Piece has been delivering absolutely incredible chapters as of late, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon as the battle of the God Valley rages on in the manga. With Rocks D. Xebec has been Domi Reversi'd by Imuthe fans know that what will follow will be an absolutely incredible fight, and it will certainly set One Piece fandom ignites. Thus, Oda will also reveal one One Piece character even stronger than Pirate King themselves, perhaps on the level of Davy Jones himself.

This character is none other than One Piece's strongestpirate from 40 years ago, Rocks D. Xebec, also known as Davy D. Xebec. As seen in One Piece chapter 1163, Rocks went up against Imu full force and he really held his own for quite some time. But his power was not enough to beat the sovereign of the world. Instead, he was turned away I use Domi Reversiand now the other characters, especially Roger and Garp, face the strongest force on the sea that surpasses even the Pirate King.

Sengoku openly called the Rocks Roger's greatest rival, implying that they were close to power. Although it is impossible to know who was the strongest, it matters little. What fans can say for sure is that Rocks D. Xebec and Gol D. Roger were pirates of equal strength.

But once Rocks got Domi Reversi'd in God Valley, his shot above Roger and Garp in terms of power. This is because Domi Reversi is clearly stated to increase the power of those being reversed drastically. Those who obtain the Domi Reversi would gain an immortal body and insurmountable strength. Oda clearly presents it as a very significant buff in power. In other words, Domi Reversi Rocks was even stronger than Pirate King Roger.

Although he is stronger than the Pirate King, Domi Reversi'd Rocks is still weaker than Imu. This is pretty clear to see as Rocks isn't powerful enough to fight or beat Imu. If Imu can control Rocks like a farmer without even holding their true body, then there is absolutely no doubt that Imu is much stronger.

Yet, after Imu, Domi Reversi Rocks is probably the strongest character in the entire story that fans have seen, not including Joy Boy and Davy Jones.
