After the completion of Naruto series, the franchise continues through the follow-up series, Boruto. Created by Mikio Ikemoto and overseen by the legendary Masashi Kishimoto himself, Boruto continues the world of Naruto in various forms, including manga, anime, and even games. At the center of it all is the Otsutsuki clan, which was officially introduced in Naruto's Fourth Great Ninja War. The Boruto series has been incredibly successful in expanding its story, and now the Naruto Online game, which is extremely popular in China and developed by Tencent, has reintroduced Urashiki Otsutsuki, expanding the character and breathing new life into him after many years.
Urashiki was always one of the most underrated Otsutsuki, and with this new addition to a game that all fans should get their hands on, his entire character is seen in a completely different light, with his own godlike powers.
Urashiki Otsutsuki is officially back in the latest addition to the Naruto online game
Naruto Online is an MMORPG based on the Naruto series that the vast majority of fans know. This game features most of the Naruto characters found in the verse and allows players to play through the main events in exciting ways by building their own squad and assigning unique elements to them. Naruto Online has done incredibly well for itself, with a huge fan following. Over the years, the vast majority of fans of Masashi Kishimoto's story flocked to it.
Now, Naruto Online has officially added Urashiki Otsutsuki to the mix, who remains one of the most underrated Otsutsuki, designed by Masashi Kishimoto himself. Initially, Kishimoto wanted to add Urashiki Otsutsuki to Boruto: Naruto the Movie, which was released on August 7, 2015. Due to time constraints, Urashiki could not be added to the film and was left out. Later, the anime series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations expanded on Urashiki's character by introducing him in the Time Slip arc, which ran from episodes 128 to 136. Urashiki stood as one of the most powerful villains despite being a low-ranking Otsutsuki, and his powers, which came from the immense power that was powerful enough, and that he created an immense power. standing in the way of characters like the legendary Sannin Jiraiya, and even Sasuke Uchiha, who is considered a God within the ninja themselves.

From the father to the son and all the many figures in between, these are the strongest characters in Boruto.
Urashiki can be seen fighting Gaara of the Desert in new release
The new version from Naruto Online sees Urashiki Otsutsuki take on a host of powerful foes, which include Gaara of the Desert and even the likes of Shinki. Considering he's an Otsutsuki and technically a low-ranking world god, Urashiki has enough power to take on multiple Kage at once, as well as legendary figures like Naruto and Sasuke. Fans who play the game are sure to enjoy the Urashiki story and see it in a completely different light than the anime delivered years ago.
As seen in the new teaser trailer, the events of the story seem to be slightly different from what was seen in the anime. In the game version, Urashiki Otsutsuki can be seen taking on both Shinki and Gaara at the same time. What's more, Gaara can even tap into the power of Shukaku, which he split from in early Naruto Shippuden. Despite the two reaching their full potential, Urashiki isn't even scratched, showing how impressive his overall power level is and creating an exciting expansion of the game's storyline.

All of Urashiki Otsutsuki's powers and abilities in Boruto
Fans who have been hanging in there Boruto: Naruto Next Generations are very familiar with all the powers and abilities of Urashiki Otsutsuki. Even though Urashiki is a low-ranked Otsutsuki and thus confirmed to be weaker than the likes of Momoshiki and Kinshiki, he still has immense power. His unique abilities include a very powerful Byakugan with which he can cast spacetime ninjutsu. This Byakugan can also evolve into several versions of the Rinnegan, the strongest of which is his Blue Rinnegan. With his Rinnegan, Urashiki can manipulate time itself.
“Well, this is just a hypothesis, but what it points to is that there is a threat greater than Kaguya Otsutsuki. And it's ready to appear in these very lands.” — Sasuke Uchiha on Momoshiki, Kinshiki and Urashiki Otsutsuki
When his Rinnegan shows six tomoe and is red, Urasiki can use one of the jutsus of Kaguya Otsutsuki, known as Yomotsu Hirasaka. This is one of the most powerful space-time ninjutsu found in the Naruto series, which debuted officially in Naruto Chapter 681, released on July 7, 2014, in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #30. Using this power, Urashiki is able to freely enter and travel across different dimensions, although it comes at a significant chakra cost, which Kaguya also felt. With his Blue Rinnegan, he can go back in time by a few seconds, and when done repeatedly, he can see the future and counterattack his enemies perfectly. This ability was widely displayed in his battles against the likes of Jiraiya, Boruto Uzumaki, and Sasuke Uchiha in the anime.
Urashiki's ultimate transformation in Boruto
The strongest form of Urashiki comes when he consumes his very own Doujutsu and undergoes a transformation similar to Momoshiki Otsutsuki after his consumption of Kinshiki. In this form, he becomes far too fast for Sasuke and Jiraiya. At the peak of his powers, Urashiki could easily block the strongest attacks and absorb the vast majority of chakra thrown at him. In this state, he was a planetary level threat that could potentially destroy the entire world.
While not the most exciting Otsutsuki character, largely due to him being cut from the manga's original plot, Urashiki is still incredibly powerful and showcases some of the coolest abilities in the entire Naruto franchise. Seeing him brought to life in this new addition to the game feels like justice being done to him, as he is largely forgotten in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully, Urashiki's character will get further expansion in the upcoming Naruto and Boruto guidebook that will be released on June 4th, 2026. To date, this is the most comprehensive guidebook ever released in the Naruto series, and it will go through the vast majority of characters that have played a role in the story.
All manga chapters of Mikio Ikemoto's Boruto: Two Blue Vortex and Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto are available to read via Manga Plus and Viz Media.
