Reach Miles Curd's Mansion
Talk to the old curmudgeon lady. Pass through the graveyard and approach the jack-o'-lantern to get the Kiss Kiss gun.
Schematic
Enter the area beyond the pumpkins and defeat the enemies. Now enter the house with the hole in the floor. Grab the schematic from the room on the right before jumping into that hole and passing through the portal.
If you're going for 100% completion, you'll need to collect 72 of the 89 schematics in the game to upgrade each weapon to level 3.
Baseball card
Pass through the cave and flip the switch in the elevator to take a ride. Crouch through the gap under the wooden planks to enter an open area with enemies. Go to the barn in the southeast corner of the area (next to the windmill) and follow the narrow path on the left side of the building to reach a baseball card.
Figurine
Go back to the open area and shoot the three bells that are there. Then enter the church that opens up and take a statuette from the back room. The first bell hangs for a house just ahead as you enter the area, the second hangs from the tree to the left and the third is in the church bell tower.
Talk to the warden
Now go up the stairs leading to the fence on the west side of the area and talk to the warden to proceed with the quest.
Talk to the Old Shrew Lady
After talking to the caretaker, go down the stairs and talk to the wiry old lady at the bottom.
Investigate the haunted house
Optional clue
Fight the enemies that appear and follow the main path into the building. Climb the stairs and turn around at the top to find an optional clue stuck to the wall.
Schematic
Continue forward and cross into the second floor of the spooky house. Here you will find the first wedding ring, and there is a schedule on the floor.
Check the windmill
Comic book
Leave the spooky house and return to the barn where you previously found the baseball card. Pass through the barn and jump over the gap. There is a comic book under the stairs directly in front of you.
Enter the windmill and make your way to the top. Remove the ghostly femur from the gear.
Grab the pump key and go back to the caves
When the windmill starts, go back to the barn and get the cheese pump key from the box near the entrance. Follow the path back to the portal you passed earlier and use the key to unlock the gate you come across. Flip the switch to clear the toxic water.
Explore the lower caves and follow the cave
Descend into the lower caverns to reach a chamber with the second wedding ring. Once you grab it, use the Grappling Tail tip to swing to a portal. Go through and approach the wedding ring to trigger a fight with the third wife. Defeat her by taking these actions:

Shoot her shield to destroy it.

Aim your flashlight at her to deal damage.

Repeat the previous steps until her health reaches zero.
Baseball card
After you beat the boss, go down to the trampoline at the bottom of the area. Bounce up to the ledge and pass through the gate on the left. There is a baseball card on the edge of a pillar on the right side of the hallway.
Talk to the third wife and go back to the warden
Now talk to the third wife to get the third wedding ring. Pass through the portal and go forward to trigger a short cutscene with the warden.
Examine the mansion
Schematic
You can now enter the mansion. Climb the stairs just past the front door and choose the door at the top. There is a schedule inside the safe in the room.
Optional clue
Go back to the bottom of the stairs and take the clue from the table on the left. Enter the room with the fireplace and collect the optional clue from the mantle.
This is the final collectible in White Lies and Dark Secrets.
Now use the stairs in the fireplace room to find yet another clue. Collecting it will give you access to a new area at the mansion's entrance, and you should climb to the top of the tower to find Millie Curd and leave Curdsville.
Pin your Curdsville Clue & Find Vivian
Drive back to the PI Office area and enter Pepper's office. Attach the clues to the Crime Wall to complete White Lies and Dark Secrets.
