Spoiler warning for summer 2025's iskai anime
No anime season is complete without a few Excessive iskai heads. Simply put, the genre/theme is synonymous with characters that can destroy armies, overturns the kingdoms and defeat gods. In the end, the focus of this article is only on takeneru, a criminal protagonist who is ripped directly from a Shonen manga in the 2000s. He speaks in generic slogans and is mostly driven by a desire to protect Tsukimiya, which is literally the girl in her dreams. Naofumi Iwatani (The Rising of the Shield Hero season 4)

In fact, Raphtalia is actually a higher level than Naofumi, although the latter has more powerful abilities because they are classified as a legendary hero.

Ryou (The Water Magician)

The latter is unknown in its new world.
Ryou can use a ridiculous number of magic formulas, both defensive and offensive. Yes, they are limited to water/ice magic, but he still shows a lot of versatility. Of crucial importance, he is a scientist who wants to learn continuously, and he specifically seeks books that can teach him more about this world and its power system. Although he is quite relaxed and uninterested in combat scenarios, for the most part, Ryou is a fairly capable weapons fighter, especially since he has access to Fairy King's Robes and Sword. He easily destroys a demon prince who previously overwhelmed one of the strongest human heroes in this universe, and Ryou even has his own against Leonore, an extremely powerful Akuma.

Yoshioka Shigeru (Uglymug, Epicfighter)

Yoshioka Shigeru is Summer 2025's most op iskai anime mcAnd it's not even close. To be fair, Yoshioka has a lot of vulnerabilities that he used himself, as the fact that he cannot move a woman without feeling pain; However, these weaknesses are situations and can be avoided relatively easily.
