Introduced at the beginning of One PieceDevil Fruits have remained the mainstay of power systems in the long running franchise. Monkey D. Luffy would have struggled a lot more on his quest to become king of the pirates if he hadn't ingested the Gum Gum Fruit (Gomu Gomu No Mi), but some of the powers given by One Piece's Devil Fruits have yet to make an appearance in the series' video game titles.
Although the origin of Devil Fruits is disputed and unknown, it is a concrete fact that consuming a Devil Fruit will give the consumer immense power at the expense of the ability to swim. Creatures can only acquire one Devil Fruit power, although a rogue pirate is shown to be an exception to this rule.

Every single arc yet to appear in video games is explained
One Piece's video game versions try to expand the scope of its world, but some important arcs have been neglected when adapting the franchise.
Over a hundred Devil Fruits have been mentioned by name in

Therefore, certain powers excluded from video game titles cannot be mentioned, especially given the mainline focus

The gummy fruit is not what it seems
Gum Gum Fruit (Gomu Gomu no Mi) has been featured One Piece since the inception of the franchise. It may seem surprising since a devil fruit is not included in games, as it gave Luffy his signature stretch properties, but the true nature and immense power of the devil fruit has yet to be included in a mainline One Piece game title.
Hito Hito no Mi, model: Nika is the real name of Gum Gum Fruit. Fans were left in the dark about the Devil Fruit's original name until the Wano Country arc. The arc ended in the anime just last year, which explains the exclusion of Luffy's most powerful power-up to date.
In one of the most iconic episodes of the entire franchise, Luffy finally reached Gear 5. Unlocking his Awakened Form, Luffy's body transforms into a cloud-like appearance, giving the appearance of the mythical sun god Nika. Luffy's battles have always been comically cartoonish due to his stretchy limbs, but his melees go the way of the Looney Tunes when he activates his Gear 5 form.
The exclusion of this Devil Fruit power will likely be fixed in the next one One Piece installment of video games. With the franchise's latest main title, One Piece Odysseyreleased in 2023, it's doubtful that a new video game featuring Nika's powers will arrive anytime soon. However, Luffy's Gear 5 form is playable in One Piece: Bounty Rushgiving fans a version of this form to explore before adapting it to the franchise's next PC or console title.
Vegapunk's Brain Brain Fruit
First mentioned in the Post-Enies Lobby arc, Vegapunk and his science experiments have served as a walkthrough in One Piece. Vegapunk received a true introduction and place in the franchise during the Egghead Island arc, serving as a crucial ally to the Straw Hat pirates. Although his Devil Fruit power might not be useful in hand-to-hand combat, it was indeed one of the keys to his genius.
Vegapunk ingested the Brain Brain Fruit (Nomi Nomi no Mi) which expanded his brain and gave him an eidetic, or photographic, memory. His brain continued to expand as he gained more and more knowledge as a side effect of consuming the Devil Fruit. Vegapunk may have been a genius before he ate the Brain Brain Fruit, but he sure gained valuable brain storage from it.
The exclusion of the brain brain fruit from One Piece video game coincides with the exclusion of Vegapunk from all mainline games in the franchise. Since the Devil Fruit has physically changed Vegapunk's appearance, including him in one of the installments of the franchise automatically demonstrates the power of the Brain Brain Fruit.
However, Vegapunk has yet to be included in one One Piece video game as the Egghead Island arc has yet to be adapted as well. This is likely due to the arc being recent, as Egghead Island is currently being released in the franchise's anime. An adaptation of the Egghead Island arc, and subsequently the inclusion of Vegapunk, will likely occur once the arc has concluded in One Piece anime. Therefore, the power of Brain Brain Fruit will be showcased in one One Piece mainline video game title when the Egghead Island arc has been adapted, despite the power not being suitable for combat encounters.
Bonney's Age Fruit
Jewel Bonney may have been first introduced in the Sabaody arc, but she has remained a powerful ally to the Straw Hat Pirates since her introduction. This is partly thanks to the power she received from the Age Age Fruit (Toshi Toshi no Mi).
Bonney can manipulate the age of not only himself, but other people, animals and inanimate objects. She can take opponents out of battle by rapidly aging or regressing them or destroying barriers by aging them to dust. Bonney only needs to touch, directly or through an item the user is using, an item to use his power on them.

One Piece: Why Zoro's Elbaf Power-Up Might Be Hard to Adapt to Video Games
Zoro is no exception to the growth the Straw Hats will undergo in Elbaf, but the new powers he gains can be difficult to adapt to the game.
Technically, Bonney has been shown using his Devil Fruit power in one One Piece mainline video games before. Although she appears to be in her mid-twenties, Bonney is ten to twelve years old in canon. Since she has been involved in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4players have “seen” her “use” her powers. However, a more evolved version of the Age Age Fruit's power has since been introduced Pirate Warriors 4 was released.
Although she may use her Devil Fruit power to change her appearance, Bonney further awakens her power similar to Luffy during the Egghead Island arc. The Age Age Fruit can also transform its bearer into all future iterations with enough iterations. This has caused Bonney to transform into an Awakened Form similar to Luffy's Gear 5.
Since the Egghead Island arc has yet to be adapted, these aspects of Bonney's power set have also not been included. Her newly developed powers will be showcased alongside the Vegapunks in the inevitable Egghead Island arc video game adaptation.
The story behind Devil Fruits has evolved since they were established in One Piece. Despite their many practitioners, power levels, and categories, the Devil Fruits will always remain a defining force within the franchise. Hopefully more of their powers will be included in the mainline One Piece video game titles, and soon.
